Subscribe to a Plan for the most robust finding experience for all of your Tiles. You’ll receive a Smart Alert notification when you leave something behind. For U.S. subscribers, if you do actually lose something, and Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to your item reimbursement limit.

New users are eligible for a 30 day free trial of a Premium or Premium Protect Plan. Afterwards, Premium is available for a monthly or annual subscription and Premium Protect is available for an annual subscription.

I had a very hard time setting up my tiles and it was very hard working with your customer service since I couldn't speak with anyone. Had to type back and forth, try what was suggested, type back it didn't work, etc. I gave up and had my son set it up who also found the process difficult but finally was able to do it. I just tried to cancel my premium protect which is also not easy. Have to do it on line and have to remember if you subscribe through the play store app or through tile app.

Recently my tiles have stopped ringing when I'm trying to locate them. I've even gone so far as to hold my tile next to my phone and try to locate it. The app tells me that the signal is strong but the tile doesn't ring. On the rare occasion it does try to ring, it will ring once every 30 seconds or so making it really hard to find my items. Dropped app review one star as a result

Meh, it's ok. It does not update a new location with 46 minutes lapsed in counting. If I were to track my childrens whereabouts too soon before they leave the house, it would tell me the house location even after 30mins. That's a long time to not know where someone or something is. This why I only have the one tile with no premium version. I do not recommend for finding things. And sometimes it doesn't even alarm for finding it either. It really is just a useless piece of plastic most of the tim

App connectivity to devices is so-so, and I find that it tends to drain my battery pretty fast, being that it uses internet, Bluetooth, and location services all at the same time. A most recent issue I have is Iset my keychain to mute because I keep my keys on me at work just in case I go out to my car so I can come back in. I have to constantly reach in my pocket when I bump my keys in my pocket because the alarm goes off even though I've double checked that I have the feature turned off, too.

4 year update... Connects to & finds my 4 sets of keys, a wallet, my two cats and my phone about 98% of the time. This is a much higher percentage than what l've experienced with earlier versions of Tile. The battery lasts about a year and they're pretty easy to swap out (the version I have on all my keys allow for this, but not so on my wallet or cats - those are disposable). I recommend Tile to anyone who commonly misplaces things. A true lifesaver and an excellent investment - repeatedly!

The Range is about 10 meters, outside, inside less. You must be in the same room to find the Tile. I could still reach my BT Headset, but not the Tile. If a Thief has no Tile App running himself, you will hardly find your item. It is not notifying me immediately when I am out of the Range. With the ridiculous range of 10 meters it is hardly possible to find it then. But when the Tile and the phone are together, I could see the position in the whole town. Also without the Tile ...

It's nice when I need to find something for sure, fully unhelpful at preventing leaving things behind though. I consistently get the "left behind" notifications 25-40 after I've already left the item behind. Helpful if you're like, still in town, or if something is worth backtracking 25-40 min back get... Even when it does notify on time, there is zero way to make it buzz like a phone call. Just blends in with every other notification buzz. Could blame the OS, but other apps work around that.

It works sometimes!?! It's not as good as it was a couple years ago. At least you can replace the batteries instead of filling the land fill with electronic waste like it use to be. If they upped the power and burned through a few more batteries eventually they might be more useful. Currently I have to walk around to increase signal strength and I usually see the item, keys or wallet before the tile starts playing the song. In this case I guess tile is helping me get all my steps in every day.
