Unreliable recently at times. (1) Why is the "get directions" feature mostly absent? We really need that on occasion when traveling in unfamiliar places. (2) My recent experience is that after the app has been open for a few minutes, it stops updating a driver's location in real time, and may update after 30 seconds or a minute. This makes it hard to give driving directions over the phone. If I close the app and open again, updating might improve for a few more minutes.

Used to be pretty great, but reliability has decreased in recent months. Now it's just good, and only good when it works. Beyond that, the constant promotion of their paid service is annoying. I never upgrade to the paid version if they can't keep their free features working properly, and this is no exception. The app however, continues to push it with popups and notifications when it won't even correctly send the notifications I need. Tech support is also subpar and disconnects at random.

Used to be fantastic, but no more. They have taken features that were free, and put them all behind a pay wall. The app is no longer smooth or accurate. We were considering a subscription, but we have been really turned off by all these changes. I understand monetization and it's economics, but certain changes will alienate your customer base. I don't recommend this app anymore.

For some reason my app stopped working. Not only it is severely draining for your battery, it innacurately depicts what you do when you are "driving". It'll say you're texting if you're changing a song, I've noticed even connected to a car through Bluetooth and changing the song from my steering wheel it says I'm texting. Can you believe they sell that to insurances to say how bad a driver you are? Oh, and if you're a passenger and use your phone, it also says that you are driving and texting.

This app used to be good up until a few weeks ago and now it's not tracking drives correctly, not tracking stops, phone use, speed. It's saying we are driving for hours at a time when we aren't. No notifications either. Have spoke to customer care and bot and they weren't helpful just repeated the same things. Yes everything is on. Yes everything has been reset. Uninstalled, reinstalled, data wiped and cache and still nothing. Paying for a service we can't use.

The app keeps getting worse as they limit features, pushing users to pay despite already having ads. I paid for 6 years, but the recent price increase isn’t justified for what I need. I’ve already replaced part of their functions with Google Maps alone, like arrival and departure tracking and phone battery percentage. I don’t need details like hard braking, speeding, or phone use while driving—that’s none of my business.

I have been using this for a year and have noticed a lot of bugs. Problems with updating, not notifying when others shut off their location, plus about 90% of our messages to each other don't go through. Now they removed the "directions to" button feature so you can't get directions to where others in your circle are or an address to where they are at. We had planned to buy the full version once we started fostering kids but we've had so many issues with the free version I can't imagine paying.

Hope these issues are fixed soon. New review... 11/1. At the moment, 360 is slow to give location when a family member is reaching a saved location. It says, for example... So and so completed a 40-mile trip. It waits sometime after they reach destination 30 minutes after they arrive. Also, it doesn't share distance from home anymore. Why?
