⚠️ Prime example of a rug pull. They suddenly changed the apps core functionality to be paid while promising the opposite from the beginning. The app promised free contact name viewing in exchange of your contact list, now they have the entire market, they just made tag viewing paid all of a sudden. They have enough data to force users to pay for it, and this is a great example of non-regulated greedy company. Terrible experience, don't give your data to those greedy pieces of s#its.

I used to love this app and even recommending it to people because it helps so much in checking someone's credibility. Unfortunately, the main purpose has been changed to premium feature which made us question, WHAT'S THE ACTUAL PURPOSE OF THIS APP THEN IF YOU DON'T SUBSCRIBE? I definitely agree many people aren't happy with this change as the subscription doesn't really offer us much. For sure, a waste of money.

It's so frustrating! I've been using this app for about 6 years. When I changed my phone, I couldn't re-register because my number was always scrambled by the system when I clicked confirm, and I couldn't do anything. I've tried sending support emails to 3 times but no response!!

So far , so good . . . However , the chat bot just clarified that users that didn't opt for the premium plan don't get to access the message chat with friends or contacts . I was under the impression that both calls & chat messages were features that were available to users of this app 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Now I have to pay premium to see tags. Oh I am sorry, I just want to make sure this not spammed identified contact is a legit person and not some scams. Good for you to response. Here's my update, right now the scammers has been using the premium feature to hide their tags and numbers. My wife has been called constantly by unknown numbers and she can't tell whether this people are scammers or not.

The search limit for free accounts is not clear. The last time I saw my search was updated on November 1, but when I opened the app in early November it turned out that the date had changed to December. Even though I didn't open the application, why did my limit run out?

Basic features are too limiting like viewing tags and adding one. Quick phone calls are also annoying since the app blocks your whole screen with 30% relevant info and 70% ads. Premium is too expensive for me to care about.

Was useful when they had free viewing limits for free users. Now, if you're not premium, you can't do anything. Getcontact need to rethink their business decisions if they don't want to lose customers. Remember how they got them, it wasn't easy, in fact they were lucky. Its very difficult to have many people install the app for it to function as intended. Also its not like I've never paid for the app. I did actually; when I was desperate see who viewed my tags when someone tried to dox me.
