I'm in love with this recipe repository app! It has a clean interface and it's incredibly fast. You have a whole 30 days to try it out before it will ask for money so you can continue adding recipes to it or you can still use it for free with only the recipes you added during your trial period. I'll be paying for it because I like it better than any of the others I've tried and the price is better as well. Seriously, try it. You have nothing to lose and sanity to gain. You need this app!

Feels clean and modern compared to other recipe / shopping list / meal planning apps. The recipe import story is very polished, with URL import not requiring multiple steps or an in-app browser. The tagging for quick recipe filters is super convenient. However, the recipe text input really lets the app down. The cursor jumps around weirdly when selecting text and can't be moved normally by simply tapping. Missing convenience: quick timers from recipe text, unit conversion, ingredient grouping

I've tried all the recipes keeper apps and this is hands down the most polished, feature filled and affordable one to date. I'm actually blown away with the quality. It's got a recipe keeper, grocery lists AND meal planner. In terms of quality, its got Apple's iOS quality but for android. The UI is perfect. Recipe import from websites works great as well as moving my recipes over from paprika. The grocery list section is phenomenal. You can add which aisle, quantity, notes, recipe 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is my favourite recipe app by far. I've used Paprika for a long time and am happy to switch to Umami! Importing recipes is easy, the interface is well-designed and features are thoughtful. I love that there's a web browser version included, and I can share and collaborate on recipes with my family. Highly recommend!

Why did I not find this app sooner? After using multiple other apps, both paid and free, this one has everything I was looking for. Ability to import from websites, scale recipes, modern design, web application that syncs, the list goes on! Save yourself the headaches and just use this app 😅

Honestly not bad for a recipe keeper. Not a fan of subscriptions, but this isn't too expensive. The images keep getting placed sideways, which is annoying, but otherwise ok.

So far so good! I only need a basic recipe tracker without crazy features. The free ones out there were visually unappealing to me, and the paid ones were too expensive with a huge feature set. This is just what I needed, at a reasonable price!

I've been looking for the perfect recipe app for YEARS and this checks all my boxes: clean uncluttered UI, works across devices, "add to grocery list" and "start cooking" recipe features, etc. This app is much like Paprika but better looking. I tried Umami on my iPad and browser about six months ago and have been eagerly awaiting the android release. I'm so glad it's here!
