I mostly like the app, but it's often inaccurate, which is frustrating. I shouldn't be able to order something, get to the store to pick it up, and half of what I ordered isn't available, especially when diff DD store menus vary. There's been less times the app told me a store didn't have something than the app letting me order it and the store telling me they're actually out. And they can't just refund you at the window either

The pay through the app function glitches. It has happened twice now that I go to pay using the app, there is plenty of money in the Dunkin account based on what is listed, but when they scan it, it won't pay the whole bill. Both times, it has left under $1 to be paid, despite there being enough money in there. Both times after that happened, the pay with the app function wouldn't work, and then all of a sudden, my account was drained to zero. So the money that I had loaded just disappeared.

Crooked Dunkin'. On numerous occasions, I've placed an order on the app to pick up at the drive-thru. Get to the speaker and they "OK my order and instruct me to proceed to the pick-up window only to get there and be told they don't have the item(s) I ordered and cannot cancel my order so I can get a refund. Instead, I am forced to pick something else, or I lose my money. It seems like a scam. If I wanted something else, I would have ordered something else. Why hold my money hostage. It's a scam

The app has issues. It will carry over my last order for $9 and change, will let me delete the order, uninstall the app, install the app after 24 hrs and low and behold there is my last order again. I've tried different emails, different credit cards. Very, very frustrating to say the least!! (This has happened more than twice btw)

You can stack your rewards, you can get points REALLY easy, the deals are both realistically wantable and good at introducing new products I'd otherwise never try, and gives you multiple chances to make bonus points just cause. I can't think of a food/drink app that's better then dunkins. If you don't use the app you're being silly. You don't even have to order through the app to get the rewards/points just scan. Only improve/downside is it's sometimes slow with updating items out of stock.

App is too cluttered, I have trouble figuring out what is what on it and I use it multiple times a week. Lost 500 points clicking on rewards with no option to get them back even though I didn't purchase anything. Thought "hot coffee" included lattes, it redeemed those points but now I can't get back months of saving up points. Too much going on on one page, needs to be more simplified. Needs an easier simpler way to order a coffee. Cluttered and confusing Very difficult to use.

Do NOT download this app. It consistently allows users to buy items the store is out of, & you don't know this until you go to pick up the order. The store then says they can't issue a refund but you can get it through the app. The app then sends it to the store you were at for the refund to be procrsed. Massive waste of time. 2 business days to hear back & 3-5 more for the refund. App asks you to wait until your close for a fresher order when they never even have it started when you get there.

I really enjoy this app, easy to use and I like having it already ready to go before I get there. But 1 thing I do have a problem with is it's so hard to get to anyone in customer service. Not just a way to just send an email without jumping though hoops to get there. I was supposed to get 900 points added back to my acct bc of an incident at one of the locations but haven't received it and it's been over 1 month already. They were quick to respond but now just ignore me and it's frustrating.
