This app has worked fine for a long time but recently it keeps asking me for my password as the password field is blank. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING as my password is quite complex and it takes me quite some time to enter it. Why will this no longer remember the password I save ????? REPLY - I do not store my NAS password in Google password manager. Your app always has it pre filled in. But recently it's not always there and I have to manually type my password again. Before it was ALWAYS there

Used to work without ez connect or ez router port forwarding hello what happend ? very simple the Easy Connect doesn't work for me when it was port forwarding it used to work fine I know how to port forward my router that's all I need to connect to my NAS away from home. since the easy connect was forced on us most people don't use it . doesn't work ... go back to allowing a user to port forward ffs. it worked before the ez connect came on in adm 3.*** then I couldn't hit the Nas with native app

Terrible app. Unable to connect to server. Always having issue. Edit: support says I am running a custom SSL Certificate for my HTTPS Connection, that broke the functionality of the app. This is terrible. How am I going to manage the nas on the phone?

This has working fine for me for years, although I mostly used it to put my NAS to sleep. But now I get the following error: "Either the Cloud ID does not exist or the EZ-Connect function has not been enabled". I'm using an ip address so I don't know what it's on about! Oh the last update, login improvement... Awesome job there 🙄

Struggled for two days to get thru the setup wizard and finally got the NAS setup thru a laptop because I couldn't get it to setup properly thru this app. The app isn't very intuitive, as in I'm not finding things under headings or in places I would expect. I'll see if things improve over time after having the app a bit longer.

Can't get the app to even log in. Using the correct ip, login, password and port number but still shows login failed

I cannot connect to NAS after latest Samsung S7 Edge's security update. It keeps circling snd never stop. I deleted the server and retried to do auto discovery but it could find the server. It's useless to me now. Update: Thank you for your feedback. The issue is now resolved and the App is working fine now. I have updated my rating.

This is a total garbage mobile app when run from Samsung Galaxy S8. I tried it a dozen times standing on a different foot each time but it always hung on "restarting" after the ADM download. Since I wasn't in a hurry to get this NAS setup, I even tried to submit a support ticket from within the app and the damn form fields wouldn't even take inputted text. So, I finally gave up and ran the installer from a desktop and everything progressed as it should. Don't waste your time with this app.
