Salaam it says English translation but it only translates the name of the Surah. everything else still in Arabic.

Are you sure this is English translation of Tafseer Al Tabri? Because I checked verses 58,59 of Surah Al Nisah and it came out to be an exact replica of English version of Tafheem-ul-Quran of Maulana Maududi!
