Ticket just disappeared from app, luckily I had is saved in Google wallet, no easy way to get to the loyalty qr code, apps randomly logs you out, sometimes multiple times per day. How can it be 2 years and still be this buggy

Nice dutch option, that automatically switches back to french, making the app useless for all the euroscoop customers they acquired. Edit: still happens after last updates, which was supposed to fix flemish translations I can switch from french to english just fine, but if i try to select "Nederlands" it just switches to french for some reason.

Really bad, tried resetting my password 5 times but still cannot login. If you register as a new user, you have to set your date of birth, but there is no option to select the year, so you have to scroll bach for 5 min to the correct date. Also, user interface is switching to French all the time. I gave up..

Honestly one of the worst cinema apps, lots of bugs and half the movies show up as French for no reason. If my local cinema wasn't Pathé I would stay far away from this

Mix of wrong translations in UI. Error messages disappear too fast. Some functions don't work (datepicker doesn't resolve after complete input so you can't complete the create-account form). Had account created online (PC) and still can't login.

Dutch version of this app is still 15% French, with entire messages still not translated, QR code for the loyalty card fails to load way too often making you login and logout (great for the people behind you in line at concessions). I don't understand why they just don't allow you to pick a favorite cinema rather than a geolocation.
