Content of your MOBIB card

The app just simply doesn't work, shows each time that data is unavailable for the moment, and this with each line. The only thing this app was useful for is now not working at all, shame on you devs. But it shows at least the map, I guess that's something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sadly enough I need to give it at least one star so that my rating could be posted.

Installed the app to buy digital ticket. Bought the a pass, second time tried to use it the app does not work and needed to buy additional tickets. Stay away, STIB app is just useless. Still it is not reliable, could not use my subscription and had to pay extra. Will you refund me?

All of a sudden I can't access my digital tickets in the app, and can't buy new ones. Also can't make a complaint because the wallet ID can't be copied from the settings screen, and is mandatory for a complaint...

The app keeps logging you off. You have to constantly log in in order to access your tickets. Besides, the machines that are supposed to scan the digital tickets are very often not working so several times I had to pay another ticket by card because the machine did not scan the digital one from my app. So I paid twice for the same ticket and the same trip. This should be solved and there should be several machines available for the digital tickets as well.

I am in Brussels for a weekend and can't activate anything I've bought on the app. No explanation whatsoever, just error messages and a suggestion to try again. I tried reinstalling the app but all that happened was that all my tickets have now disappeared. I also can't download the PDF files. This app makes me really angry.

For multiple days in a row I've been having to delete and re-install the app to access my digital tickets due to an inexplicable error message. Please fix it asap!

Changing my review for the worst experience. Not able to login and use my tickets. I had to pay in the tram with my card. I was giving a chance to it, even with the anoying multiple logins, slowness, and more often than not having Issues in the QR gate scans. Now I'll uninstall it as soon as I'm able to consume my remaining tickets.

Before, I needed to login every time I used the app, not your best UX. I haven't used the app the past 3 weeks and today I can't login anymore, app crashes when I select "forgot password".
