Multiple dropouts on multiple radio streams. C'mon, folks...how hard is it to stream audio reliably these days?? UPDATE: Audio dropouts still occur, along with the occasional spontaneous start-up of a 2nd instance of the same stream, so you get an echo for a few seconds till whatever happens and 1 of them cuts out. Pathetic.)

Poor, would not recommend. The app is not easy to cast with screen mirroring, displays a lot of black space on the screen. Screen resolution and A/V sync is poor at times. Little to no on-demand content so far as I can find. Why they chose to deploy an App that is only available Samsung TVs and Apple devices is very strange. Had to resort to buying cable again to get reliable access to sport content. I asked for a refund on the App and have been told they have a no refund policy.

Can't change between TSN channels without a 15sec ad. Something is just not intuitive about watching games; was trying to watch a live game and had trouble finding a normal feed, the options always wanted to take me to AR mode. The service (TSN Direct) does eventually work ok, but the user experience is not great.

What's the need to scan a flat surface? AIR view is the option that probably plays ads free, unfortunately you got to be turning your phone all over the place trying to get some sort of flat surface and upon getting to view the game, your camera remains on in the background causing your phone to overheat and battery runs down so fast. Exit AIR view you can watch the game a bit more clearer but you got to wait for some annoying ads to play before you can get to the point to start or resume view

In this day & age a streaming app that doesn't provide pause & rewind capability is severely lacking. While you focus on sizzle like 5G viewing, you're not providing the steak of basic streaming functions. I don't know if I will however I have considered not renewing my subscription when it next comes up as a result of this.

Why does my stream constantly stop/load and say "it's not connected to the Internet" when infact it is. I don't have a problem with other streaming platforms. I have to refresh the app and watch a stupid add everytime? Really? Like this is such a waste of time and money. It just seems like way to get people to watch the adds. Fix this. Its literally the whole point of streaming with you guys is so that I don't have constant interruptions.

Pretty good. I found it helpful watching the PGA CHAMPIONSHIP because the other golf application is not available in Canada and is not very good. I like the fact that while watching NFL games, the stats are updated in real time. I won't give it a five star rating yet until I ditch my cable subscription and see what this will cost me to subscribe.

I deleted cuz you keep asking me to review something I've reviewed multiple times. The app is better but I still can't watch most videos here in the U.S. I get some geo error message saying videos don't play in my region. Sportsnet plays all their videos down here so I'll just stick with them. Plus now you have annoying pop up adds. Sportsnet doesn't
