It should have an easy option to change language to English, everyone don't know German right. If there is an option to change language please let us know and it should have an option to take the screenshot or circle or search option to translate the language. Please consider this feedback.

No login possible any more since the enforced switch to two-factor authentication - it just says page not accessible after completing 2FA. Since weeks. Update: Thanks for the reply in German, which is slightly weird, even if we're in Germany. Anyway, the fix was to change my default browser. Still, if an app requires a specific browser to work, even temporarily, the developers are doing something wrong, and that's why I'm leaving my review at 1*. I choose what browser I run on my phone.

The new design is a more confusing one. Before I used to be able to reach the bonus 500mb app option very quickly every month because it's location was intuitive. Now it's not. Also only German language is supported which is ok, would be nicer to support a few universal languages like English and Spanish.

Thanks to the update, I'm no longer able to log in. I wasted a lot of time for a solution. O2 offers fixes, whaaa? So clearly, there is a problem with the app. Don't offer us a work-around. Offer us an app that works. O2, YOU! fix the app. Update: Followed the developer's instructions. The worst app ever!!! Can't even top up money into my account. PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, no matter how many times I tried or how hard I tried, Fail Fail Fail Error Error Error. The website version doesn't work either. Nothing works! I wish I could give this app negative stars. Listen O2, if you really want my money, at least let me pay please! Well, no matter how much money you paid to the consulting company for such an app, you got scammed hard, man. Absolute garbage!!!

Doesn't work properly. You have sent me an angebot via email. But it doesn't open in app. It leads here in store to download the app instead. But I have the app installed and configured already. I expect the link in email to be opened in app.
