This app is horrible. Our provider is constantly unable to login. It gets stuck in a loop telling us to refresh and unable to stop it requiring uninstall and reinstall. It also logs her out and won't allow her to login. I've added the app to our spare devices and the same issue occurs. Since they're a 3rd party IT company, now it requires recording the issue and sending it to the main organization. Get it together if you're going to create apps.
