Some say bugs are the future of food: They are rich in protein and can be sustainably produced for mass consumption. In fact, some 2 billion humans on the planet eat bugs as part of their diet. But when the bug is in an app, we won't want you to eat it. And we certainly won't try to make more of it.
Update your Grab to 5.354.0 to get rid of bugs from your everyday app experience.

There are significant glitches--one being that tipping often does not work and requires contacting customer support in order to send driver a tip. This would negatively affect many drivers if I'm not the only user exp this. Secondly, I have often been charged a waiting fee even though I was at the pickup spot, and the driver drove past me, and indicated he had arrived. Even if you take a screenshot to prove your location, the Grab company will often decline to refund the fee. This happens often

Great to find a ride, careful with adding your credit card. After adding my credit card, I was immediately charged rides that I never made. I always paid rides in cash before. On the next ride the driver overcharged me and I had to contact support. Make sure to note the fare on the meter or don't add a credit card. Support resolved all issues within a few days, it was just an unnecessary waste of time. Updated from 3 to 1 star because I'm constantly being overcharged and it's annoying.

No top up possible with foreign credit card anymore! Next you cannot use the app at all, if you're not a local. Very disappointing development. App is OK, sometimes cluttered, sometimes lagging, but overall doing its job. Service has improved, but it depends on the country or even town. For example Malaysia is usually good, but in the Philippines and Indonesia they're already hand in hand with the taxi mafia with exorbitant pricing.

Price ranges are totally random and skyrocket at peak hours. The usability of the map is terrible as it jumps everytime I want to zoom. Same for the drivers er location which doesn't renew properly and it's almost impossible to know when a driver will arrive. The navigation also lacks as drivers often experience difficulties in finding the pickup. Waiting time is often too long. Uber is doing a better job by far

Been trying to resolve a payment issue FOR WEEKS. Can't use grab any longer because of some payment issue on their side. I've paid for grab unlimited and still can't order. I guess Grab has made it clear that they no longer want money from the service fees they would collect from my delivery and rides. I guess I'll move on to other apps that don't have all these recurring payment issues.

The app frequently deducts money without permission. Previously, it charged extra for services without notice. Recently, it deducted money for an unlimited subscription without asking, likely because I had linked my credit card. It charged twice, and I only found out through a credit card notification. They push for a yearly subscription but don't get customer consent before charging. The app’s customer service is terrible—no call center, just messages with slow responses. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤙👎👎

I installed this app and went through all of the verification steps prior to arriving in Singapore. My travel agent had recommended this app even though a local tour guide recommended a rival app - Tada. When I went ahead and booked a ride, the app worked fine. However, the driver made me pay in cash, and my credit card was charged again! Grab has not responded to my concern. I have a perfect 5.0 passenger rating with Uber. I don't want to use this service again!

In Bali, there have been instances where the Grab app has directed drivers to take longer routes, resulting in higher fares for passengers. Drivers have been observed disregarding the app's suggested route in favou of shorter, more logical alternatives. While this practice may benefit passengers by reducing travel time, it also leads to discrepancies between the actual distance travelled andthe fare charged. It is important to note that this issue lies with the app's route calculation algorithm
