Just requested a ride, the fare was for $31.90. All of the sudden I received a text message letting me know they had found a closer driver and I would be picked up sooner. I didn't look at the app, just jumped in the ride. As I was getting off in my destination I noticed the price changed to $152.97. definitely bad business practices. I didn't even get an opportunity to deny the change. Now I'm stuck emailing back and forth with Lyft, as they don't even have a customer service number or chat.

aggravating ads. No way to block them. Interface gets worse and worse. I check to see where I am on the trip and the trip info slides up to cover the whole screen. I slide it down to look at the map and it slides back up halfway. Then I have to slide it down AGAIN. This happens every time. And sometimes the app won't give me information about a car that's already on the way. It keeps telling me to wait for the driver information but the driver has already arrived. This app is a mess.

I'm having issues leaving a custom tip - especially when I don't do it right away and I have to go back through history and try to add tip later! I hit custom tip, and then key it in and then save and it doesn't work! The only working option is to select one of the pre-defined tips! $2, $3, $5 or $0! In this case the ride was $8 and I don't feel like tipping $2 which is 25% as the minimum tipping amount! The custom feature tip does not work! This has been going on for several months!

Super useful when you want to go to your friends place but has gone down hill hard with airport rides. Seems to rarely provide an accurate arrival time or estimate on when a driver will connect. Pretty frustrating waiting 10 minutes to find out your driver is 20 more minutes away (maybe, unless the app changes that on you)...

SCAM. Requested ride, they changed driver before pick upbto one that was closer. We went to the designated pick-up zone outside Freemont St. 4 people watched for drivers. Never showed. Then the app said we were picked up and on our way to destination. We were still standing there looking for the car. Texted driver but got no response. No way to contact company other then form on app, which keeps telling me that we are not due a refund because the ride went as ordered.

I've had good experiences, but as of the last month, the app and website have been totally inaccessible to me? I get an error on the app and site every time I access them. There are momentary blips when I get access, but not long enough to schedule a ride. This is extremely frustrating. I have tried all the suggestions I could find from my research to fix the issue.

Very frustrating, sometimes everything is fine and sometimes the drivers just cancel back to backso instead of a 10 minute wait it takes over 40 and you end up late for work. I would recommend not paying the extra fee for ride pass because it lets you pay a lower price and drivers skip lower fare's so you don't get picked up or it's so much longer that it's ridiculous. Usually have problems of one kind or another with Lyft.

The pickup place the app automatically picked was blocks away from the address I selected for pickup, and the drop-off address had a mystery random postal code that wanted to send me a 10 minute drive away from my destination. I had to manually give the driver instructions. Uber is more expensive but at least it's accurate
