Unfortunately while it's super convenient, it's also very buggy sometimes to the point where it takes a frustratingly long time to end rides. I definitely waste time and money just to save time by riding lime. Need to fix the buggy app. It's just so bad lately because previously it has been good. Something changed. Maybe lime is using cheaper servers or having layoffs losing talent who knows.

terrible experience, I was clearly in an area where I could park, but the app refused to let me park, continued to charge me and flag that I had to pay to park, terrible experience. in my experience, human forest is much much better, thought I would try lime on the off chance, and I can see why people don't use it. Going forward I won't use lime, that's for sure as it's cheaper and better since I've been using it

Basically unusable in Vienna because you can only park at dedicated parking spaces (or regular parking if no dedicated parking is within 100m). However this app doesn't show you dedicated scooter parking. It only shows all parking spaces. So you can't tell from the app alone where you are allowed to park or where you risk a EUR 10 penalty. Theoretically you could look somewhere on the government website, but that's too much of a hassle. Thanks for the support offer, but instead just fix the app.

The app and service itself is great however the declining number of places where the app permits parking, even when there are designated 'normal' or Santander bike parking spots is making this increasingly unusable. It takes me 15 minutes to ride and another 15 minutes to find a parking. Think I'll revert to uber or just walk as its quicker. I appreciate the designated parking areas are quite possibly outside the control of lime, however, let's lo by for a greater number of sensible parking.

Your prices are too high, especially for your very limited service. .39$ a minute when a car share is .49$ and provides shelter, a faster vehicle, unlimited range, far more parking options, cargo, and up to 5 passengers. I realize your pricing is trying to charge us the max you can during peak times, which makes it less accessible to more people. Also less predictable. No thanks.

I use Lime loads, I've accumulated around 500 miles of rides and it has generally been very good. Sometimes there will be bikes that are damaged or unusable but there is always a refund. However, the new "analysing parking" feature is so inconsistent. I will park in a large open area with bike parking where they shouldn't be any issue but it'll suggest that I move the bike twice before allowing me to end the ride. The extra minutes spent attempting to do this adds up when you use lime a lot.

The battery don't last too terribly long, and I wish they went faster, but there are so many scooters around the area that the battery issue doesn't really matter that much. For commuting, they do just fine but for joyriding, a 5 or 10 miles an hour top speed increase would be wonderful. All in all, I get five stars.

As a first-time user in Cincinnati, I encountered issues with extra charges. Lime held an additional $5 on my account and I was unexpectedly charged $29.89 after 58 minutes of riding. Customer support offered a $10 refund, but I was charged an extra $10 on 09/06/2024. Despite weeks of emailing, the issue remains unresolved. I eventually got the extra $10 refunded, but not the original refund that was promised. This has been a frustrating experience with no phone support available.
