It used to work fine. Ever since I upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 9 Pro (or perhaps the fault is Delta's last software update, which happened around the same time), this app immediately crashes after login. Every single time. I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone, and reinstalled it a couple times. I cleared the data and/or cache several times too. It still just crashes. I used to rely on this app when I traveled, so this is a huge bummer.

Trying to book with miles. Error says to use flexible dates or nearby airports but the app fails to provide those options. This is a common sense option....absent. maybe change the error to tell the user they have to waste time changing the dates and airports themselves . Terrible user experience . Look how AA app works providing near by dates. Also does not show Miles needed for a flight if you don't have enough yet. Showing what is needed would be really useful. Another usability issue.

Unfortunately the Fly Delta app only gets ONE star, until I can actually open it and have it remain open. As of right now the app opens and immediately closes itself. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Google Play store and it's still doing the same thing. I now have to go through the Delta website to conduct any business with Delta. I'm not having any problems with any other apps. This is on a Google Pixel 6 Pro... I will update this review if the problem gets resolved.

I'm only giving this app 2 stars until Delta fixes the calendar bug in their Android app. This app ALWAYS writes to a calendar in a non-primary Google account that is attached to my phone which I still occasionally use for email but haven't used the calendars in 3 years. Ridiculous - every other app I have that creates calendar entries asks me which calendar I want to use.

At 1st, I thought: Just great. Does everything I need and does it well. Then I found: the app does not update gate changes in a timely fashion, nor does it ever send you a notification of a gate change. Even refreshing the sop ir exiting it and restarting it did not help. With United's app and services, I got: email, text msg, app update, and notification.

Constantly freezes and crashes, almost always has login issues. If you can't log in due to freezing and issues, there's a good chance searching by ticket number or anything else will just give you a blank page. Garbage app from a company that can absolutely afford a proper programmer to fix it and make it better. It feels like it was cobbled together by a 2-year-old as of this review. Do better, Delta.

Absolutely terrible APP that does not work. I have tried using the APP over and over on both my android phone and my tablet. It does not work. Don't waste your time. Tried it last night several times. Then again this morning. It just doesn't work. Does not recognize my skymiles number or my username. I shouldn't need to download an app that requires a password and a boarding pass number and a flight number just to be able to access my boarding pass, especially when I'm required to re-enter each like 20 times. If y'all are going to force me to download an app, save information or (and this is a novel concept) Don't force people to get an app for everything. This is nonsense, even for Delta
