I’ve been using this app for a while, and it’s been a solid choice for finding affordable hotels. The interface is pretty easy to navigate, and I love how quickly I can compare prices across different hotels. The options range from budget stays to mid-tier hotels, and I’ve been able to find good deals even at the last minute.

Review update for v50.7. still crashes if you search for something in a properties reviews. Also give app feedback doesn't exist in app & when you click on the map it says "Google maps is unavailable at the moment." App unusable on Android. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This does not fix the bug. If you go to the review page of a listing, and then try to search for a topic in the reviews (clicking on the magnifying glass), eg wifi, the app crashes. I'm an app developer, it's a bug.

Terrible customer service—it's been nearly six months, and I still haven’t received a refund for a cancelled flight. The biggest mistake was buying a ticket from this company. I would never recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is a disaster: all you get are automated reply emails, and if you're lucky enough to reach someone at the call centre, they give you the same scripted responses every time. It feels like a complete scam.

1. App lags a lot. It's slow to load images and search results. 2. Due to a time out, my credit card was charged even though the booking was not confirmed. There is no way to contact customer service directly thru email and phone except to send a message thru the app. 3. The amount shown is not the final price and can be misleading. 4. More expensive than other apps like Agoda but worse service. Will cancel all my future bookings and use Agoda instead.

The app is generally useful, but you can do everything on the mobile website too. Where the app fails spectacularly is when trying to get in touch with customer services for their mistakes. There's no tracking their failings or cases. The app is designed to be deliberately obtuse at that point and so the low rating. All in all, don't need the app, stick to the website.

App keeps changing details of bookings. I put in destinations,number of travellers,dates. Choose a hotel. Get to paying & it says can't accommodate that amount of guests, despite choosing rooms to accommodatethat amount. Then tries to charge me double. In one instance it tried to charge me triple. I've updated the app,but it's still doing the same thing. Very frustrating

I love app. Used for many years. Unfortunately had recent issue where it is quoting one price through screens then at purchase (last) screen the price not same (think dropping mobile discount). While price difference is small ( $13) it has highlighted from trying to get resolved they have extremely limited customer support. Offshore, defined script driven only. Messaging through app ignored. Manager call backs not actioned. Leaving as not confident if ever had a major issue they could help me :(

Edited from 5 to 1. They are hiding their cancellation options on the app. Cannot cancel within cancellation window, and when I try it on the browser, it keeps redirecting to the app, where there is no option. Finally figured to cancel on the browser, but it fails, even within the cancellation window. Now I have to deal with the customer service person.
