I just wanted updates on my bookings. It has been so intrusive to get a barrage of unwanted messages constantly for marketing. As soon as my flight is done I will never use Trip ever again. If they just left me alone I would have easily given 5 stars and been happy to recommend them. Way too much way too often for something I never wanted. Also charging for seat selection which is free is not cool.

In the beginning, I rated them 5 stars 🌟, But when I prearranged for my travel to Muscat, I rented a car through the App, I paid full rental fees. Once I arrived at the airport,the car rental refused to provide me with the vehicle because I was carrying a debit, not credit. However, I rented from another office directly. I called them and emailed them refund the rental fees they refused the refund!!!! Even when the service not provided. So, don't make my mistake and book through them.

Would give it a 0 star if I could. Use it only you have time to play with their waiting game. Most disgusting experience is when they do not wish to refund my stay when the city was hit by natural disasters and there were no means of transport available to the hotel. Simply just tell you they have checked but since the booking is non modifiable there's nothing they can do whereas my friend with same booking on another platform managed to get a cancellation and refund. Utterly disappointing👎👎👎

This the worst company I have ever dealt with in 40 years of travelling. They don't pay the airline for checked baggage after I booked it and got conformation. I was promised a call in 30 mins to try and sort out the issue but never received the call. One flight I booked, I was sent the wrong flight times. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THEIR SO CALLED HELP CENTRE. I will NEVER, EVER, use this company again. I am totally disappointed.

I booked a hotel room and when I arrived, they told me they never received the booking despite the fact that I received a confirmation. And when I contacted Trip's customer service, they were extremely rude and didn't even try to help. When it was clearly an issue on their part. They kept saying they would call us back 30 minutes later so they can resolve the issue. BUT THEY DON'T!

I have been using this app for more than 2 years now. Very good at the beginning but the longer you use it the more they charge you. If you are following 2 flights, one to go and the other one to come back, immediately after purchase the first ticket the app automatically raises up the coming back. Same with old and new customers. The same flight from my account is always 10/15 pounds more expensive than my friends' new accounts. Not great customer service either when help is needed! Shame..

Awful app experience, with frequent loading screens for pulling up basic information like tickets and railcards and poor UX design that frequently puts pop-ups over basic buttons like accessing account information. The company service is really let down by this horrendous user experience and I doubt I'll use this once my Railcard expires.

the app is dope, it'd be my fave for sure. The design is super user-friendly, but there's one thing that really hates it. When you book a "Flight+Hotel" together, it automatically sets the cabin class to economy. That's so annoying! I wanna be able to choose the class I want, man. Why can't I just book it together?
