Paris - France : Very bad first experience in Paris. We searched for 2 scooters and walked like 5km but there were no scooters in the places marked on the map. When we abandoned the idea of renting, we found 2 that were not on the map, one was fully discharged so we took the other to try it and after 5 minutes we found that it had broken handbars, so it was really instable. We paid 4€ for nothing. The idea is good but the app is not real time and the scooters are in poor shape. Also price is too much. 30h rent is the price of a new one.

My bike stopped working while trying to get to the train station, and I couldnt end the ride because I wasn't at a designated parking zone. Had to contact customer service via email (no phone number available) and wait for a response, meanwhile my battery died. Nearly missed my train. Also, bikes slow down / stop providing electric assistance with no indication of why or how to get it back.

Awful experience with this app. If it does bug and close out, you get overcharged for a ride. Went on less than a 2 mile ride and tried to end it. Was in a designated parking area and it wouldn't let me end it. It overcharged me and went on for more than an hour resulting in my funds draining and me having a panic attack. Called the number, couldn't get anyone on the phone to talk to. Ended up having to turn off my bank card. Do not recommend.

Ok app but lacking basic functions. 1. I can't check the city I'll be traveling to to see if there are birds available there. 2. The remaining battery/distance is showing in miles in stead of the local unit of distance. 3. No filtering options, there's no way to filter by remaining battery or type. 4. No explanation of what the different colours on the map mean.

Had multiple issues on multiple different vehicles, ranging from damaged vehicles, vehicles not starting after the charges started, and not being able to park or end rides. Credit card got charged for the amount of the ride, as well as a temporary hold, for every single ride. Two weeks later, and 17 emails between myself and support, the temporary hold transactions still haven't been reversed. Unbelievable incompetence on the part of their "support" staff. Highly recommend using their competitor

Very bad experience!! The app was not allowing me to park (according to it, it was not a parking zone), but it was the place where I picked up. Meanwhile it was charging. I think it is designed to steal money, since I read precious comments about the same case. So finally I ended up calling the support center and they told me just to close the app. But, I was charged almost 40 dh for about 26 mins!!! Terrible first impression.

Was great, I loved using this service... Up until they made it essentially useless where I live and made my entire neighborhood area a no-park zone, now there's never any birds around to use, and it's too far of a walking distance to find one to be enjoyable. When they lift this restriction, I'll rate better, but for now, huge, huge 👎👎👎👎👎

Works well much of the time. I just took my last ride the other day. I pulled onto the road, and it failed to move forward. I would just move 1km per hour at walking speed. I was holding up traffic it was unsafe. I travelled a few feet to next intersection and turned around. I had to push it all the way back, where I started and parked and ended the ride. I got charged 6 dollars for nothing. That won't happen again. I am Uninstaling.
