we suffer from the problem of determining the access point, where the access point must be determined from the beginning, and since not all places are precisely defined on the map, the driver says that he is in an embarrassing situation which may leads to punishment him because the required point does not accurately match the point marked on the application. So why not specify the desired destination after launching?, and when finishe the trip the distance and cost are determined accordingly!!

First of all,The new map isn't accurate and missing alot of places and names of popular stores & streets so it's very hard to determine the location of the places that we want to go to or select the staring location , Secondly the prices change everytime i order a ride and it is the same trip i don't even change the location of the trip!

The cars are comfortable and cool the ac is always on, drivers are often nice and quiet. I wish the map would rotate though when booking a taxi and choosing the pick up and drop off, other than that the experience is really good so far.

The app is easy to use. I use the taxi feature most of the time. The GPS is not the best at tracking the taxi movement or the set locations, but the app itself is simple. The prices are way more reasonable than the competitors. I would have liked the app the show me the route during the trip, instead whenever I close the app and open it again, it shows the home screen. Other than that all seems good.
