This app is terrible. Doesn't automatically show any of my bookings, always have to manually add it. Even after manually adding it, doesn't sync with my online account on desktop. Doesn't have any flight related No notifications that my rebooked flight was delayed. No notifications that my flight was cancelled not in the app nor email. Only found out by calling to ask an unrelated question. Really??

The plane ride was comfy and everyone in the plane was nice. But the website, app, and customer service need a LOT of work. We weren't able to add additional bags for the cheaper price prior to the flight, gave error message everytime. Couldn't check in for the same reason from this app or the website so we had to at the airport. When we paid the addional money, the girl didn't give us our change when we were scrambling with documents. Had to ask for it back.

Does not work on Galaxy S21. I had it on my old Galaxy S8 and it worked fine. Installed and tried to get it to work on a new Galaxy S21 and it simply won't get past the Privacy page. It keeps reloading for me to check the two boxes and accept the terms, which I have done multiple times but still nothing. Yes, I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Also clearing the memory and restarting the phone. It just won't work.

I have tried dozens of times to open the app over the past few days. On either WiFi or mobile data, the app refuses to load past the loading screen and always returns the error "Something went wrong. Please try again." I fly many times a month, with many different airlines (due to regional availability), and I shudder whenever I have to take an Avianca flight. I never experience issues like this with other airline apps, but this is on par with what I have come to expect from Avianca.

Everytime I use it, it crashes. It works fine a long as there are no trips added, but it's also unnecessary if there are no trips. Constantly clear cache, and have uninstalled and reinstalled. Simply doesn't work. Also frustrating that it asks you to make an account, but unlike all other flight accounts, it doesn't automatically show your flights, even when they were bought with your lifemiles number.

I don't know where to start but this app has a lot of bugs. It's so annoying when you try to check the boarding passes once you've checked in and it's even useless when you have connecting flights since all the boarding passes dissappears after flying the first leg. I've used several airline's apps and this one is one of the worst.

Please fix your app and website. Awful functioning app for a major airline. Seems to work to look up flights but a disaster managing a flight after the booking. It crashes constantly, doesn't pull up your flights, and I paid extra to be able to change the flight if needed but there's no option on the app or website to do this. Can't even pay for the flight and get sent to an agent messaging window that takes an hour of back and forth along with an email link to pay for flight.

I'm being frustrated to no end. I've installed and uninstalled the app 4 times. Tried it on 5G vs wifi. Tried to use the website on my phone and on my laptop. It's just all a disaster! I got so frustrated I tried calling in to customer service and as I was giving my credit card number to pay for my bags, I could hear the agent I was talking to also on a call with another customer!! I immediately hung up. What in the world does this company have going on?!
