So far, so good. I've managed to get great deals on so many hotels, rental houses, flights, and cars, over the years, and have found customer service to be surprisingly helpful, the few times I've needed them. Looks I'll have earned a gold membership again next year, after losing my gold ranking for a few years. Looking forward to the added perks, like deeper discounts and free upgrades.

I booked a reservation yesterday to a hotel that apparently did not have any rooms available, despite Expedia showing that there WAS a room available. Thank God I chose to pay upon check-in, because if I had paid beforehand, I would have had to cancel my card, because Expedia won't allow me to cancel the booking! The hotel has tried to reach Expedia, but the phone number they have has either been disconnected, or it's just a bad number. Both the hotel and I are extremely frustrated!!

The app and the company lately continuously messes up reservations and flights. They charge you first class ticket prices, then don't tell you the flight you selected doesn't offer first class. Changed a reservation had confirmation on the app with screen shots and the property and expedia themselves don't have record of this. The customer service reps are useless, you explain the problem and they say it's your fault. I've used expedia for a long time but I'll definitely be looking for a new one

Horrible from start to finish. I told the app to reserve an accessible room. After I paid, the itinerary did not state it was accessible, and no one would help to resolve the issue. Got there and was told nothing they could do and no refund. There was black mold in several places. The fridge door was rusted all over, and the top of the door looked like someone beat it with a sledgehammer. Expedia was no help at all, and only offered a credit for a future trip for less than 20% of cost.

Great app for travel however my Trip was cancelled because of Hurricane Francine and they were not helpful in getting a refund. I was in my own. I purchased the insurance. The Deajs are awesome but beware of the non refundable. Expedia makes it very difficult to contact them and even when you do you get an operator that is reading from a script and has no clue what is going on because they don't speak English. They just read the same script over and over.

The app and online offer different deals. App did not allow me to package a car so the cost was higher than the price I had seen online. Try to resolve in customer service and it was impossible. I wasted 1 1/2 hours and the solution was to cancel and rebook. Did that and the same trip whem I rebooted had changed one leg of the flight from first class to economy. Another 3 hours of customer service time with no solution, only cancel and rebook. EDIT: cust svc is the problem. Give me your number

There are not enogh filter options! And it doesn't show the address I entered on the map. I want something close to a specific attraction but your map doesn't map the address I put in. There needs to be a filter for free parking. Not just parking but free parking. You're willing to pay for it you can find parking anywhere!

I will never be using expedia again. My flight was changed without my consent which has never happened to me but okay no problem I reached out to chat for help. They gave me 3 options to pick from. I later found out there were more options. I reached out to supervisor explaining the error their chat made. They refused to help and continued to gaslight me throughout the entire conversation. " we supplied all fights available" NO YOU DID NOT
