I tried to use 3 different spins. Two didn't work at all, one charged me 1.08 to find out it wouldn't actually let me ride it. ETA: this has only gotten worse. My apartment complex is a graveyard of spins. 2 or 3 every single corner, all dead and useless. the app has become useless as well. constantly unable to start rides despite the spin showing on the map in front of me

this app is terrible. used to use it a ton but as of recently it's gone out the window, I think due to a lack of local competition. when it let's me log in which is only half the time, it won't accept payment, and the last time I actually got it to approve it overcharged me as if I'd ridden 10 minutes when I'd only ridden 5. and I did use a timer to check

If you use it only use the monthly pass. I first used it on a charge by the minute basis and I felt that it was too expensive: twice as much as a lyft with way more hassle for the same distance. I am an experienced bike and kick scooter rider so that experience came in handy. The first scooter I rented had a hard time starting after stopping which is very frustrating when I am being charged by the minute. I had to kick scooter to keep it rolling part of the time.

really do love this company, at least the scooters are in good shape and working order , as well as customer service being on top of whatever problem you might be facing., and the app is pretty on point. I guess I have more good things to say about the company than the app, however I did have a lot of problems with other scooter apps, one thing I would suggest is to make the no ride zones more obvious , make it easier to contact customer service, sometimes immediate help is necessary.

This app is a pure scam. I used their scooter for 2min in UCSD campus, but it prevented me from ending the trip. I parked the scooter at the correct spot, and tried to end the trip for 7 times. It charged me $7.95 everytime I clicked the ending trip button despite the trip was never actually ended. They eventually charged me another $47.15 because the trip could not end for more than an hour. At last, they only compensated me with ride credits that I will never use! I demand a refund!

Very very nice. Quick and easy! But, it's way too expensive in Baton Rouge... $5 for an 8 min ride is at least twice too much!!!! I like that they always seem available and charged though. Gotcha has bikes here also and the problems with their service are: it's glitchy, it's not easy to unlock, the bikes aren't pretty much everywhere, and they aren't available half the time. I like that this seems reliable, but hate the cost again. Maybe the cost gets fewer people using, but it sucks, A LOT!

The infogragh on the scooter was so damaged that the only thing I could read was "$1 to ride". Having never used one of these before, I thought I had found a safe, cheap way home. Nowhere on the app home screen does it explain any differently. Felt pretty taken advantage of by it honestly. If I had known up front that there was a "per minute" cost I would have made a different choice.

Parking (on top of the sidewalk's painted logo, with GPS showing me in the parking area) added an another five minutes that I was charged for. Worked randomly after I restarted the app a few times. I gave it another chance with the new update and the scooter wouldn't even power on but I was charged anyway (yes, I got a running start and tried different roads). It refused to park (and the app no longer displays parking spots) so I'm still being charged. Complete garbage.
