Used to like neuron. Impossible to get far without hitting constant dead zones and the parking zones are rather sporadically spaced. Planning a trip on these is hard enough before you realize that halfway through the power just cuts off. On-top of that, they feel dangerous on the side of the road being entirely too slow, even for the bike lane. Don't rely on this service of you need to get somewhere on time; you will be very late. Also.. the beeping. I was soo tired of the beeping.

Terrible. Signed up used group booking for 2 scooters with the one phone. Travelled 1.8km (15 mins) and it charged over $20! Took it up with the company who acknowledged the over charge but then offered as "good will" a 50% off voucher. What should've been a $3 exercise turned into a rip off. Walk, exercise, and avoid head lice. Won't use again.

Parking zones could be made bigger as find people struggle to end their trip. Also some no riding zones are too narrow and often the scooter cuts off when on an approved route. Reported often but nothing seems to get updated by the customer service/tech team.

Unreliable and most of the scooters are not well maintained. The last scooter I was riding broke down mid-trip, leaving me to need to jog the second half of my distance. Given the choice, I'd recommend using Bird instead.

Worst service I've ever experienced tried to use there scooters twice and both times they didn't work and they charged me $6 each time, second time wouldn't accept the parking and I had to walk the scooter up the road. I will never use again

Convenient but could use more locations mainly on northern and eastern streets of Edmonton. And price is getting to the point i might as well buy a scooter cause honestly it wont take long to spend $500 riding these and after that atleast you'll own it and can have it always at you're convenience. $17 to ride for one trip down town and home to Castle Downs. 25x$20\trip and you will own you're scooter.upgrsdes to the computer chip are pretty simple tobdo as well. These ok for small commutes

One of the most hassle free and easy ways to get around, truthfully. I was sceptical, but the cost in itself is worth it, and the fact they're everywhere where I live is amazing. Truly these are the services that move us into the future

No holder for mobile phone which is a massive let down, if you're not from area. App was not accurate to locate parking spot. App logged me out after first journey and would not login for return journey. In second journey the brakes were dragging, causing it to go slow. Worst electric scooter I've had, with over 6 tried.
