Awful experience in Sea-Tac. I got pulled out of line to use the kiosk with no success. Got back in line and then was told I could log in using the app. I left my spot in line again because the app said, " All set." Only to be turned around and sent back upstairs. This was over an hour mistake. I'm really disappointed.

Really a great app because of its use and speed....many apps will take a long time and make you unsure if you actually did anything. I can always make any changes and has made grabbing a car and returning much easier and quicker than just walking in

Does what it needs to. Great for booking and tracking rentals. Would be nice if you could once again see how many points you gained on past rentals and rentals and rentals going back more than a year (two would be great).

This app does not work at all and when you call to get support the automated system doesn't hear you say yes or no and then when you press buttons, it doesn't hear them. The people that developed enterprise rent a car systems need to be put down, taken off this planet.

This is a very solid app. It is easy enough to use that I use it as my primary interface instead of a web browser. I can book a car, change reservations, cancel reservations, manage my reservations, and most important : Get complete visibility into what rentals I have upcoming. I have recently been able to book cars in the United States, the United Kingdom, and just now Italy. Pretty nice. Good prices, the stores are clean when I get there, and the people are helpful.

The experience was terrible it was a waste of my time I made the reservation way ahead of time and there was nothing said about a deposit for the vehicle are about the price for the ins that should be put on the application as well so the customer r can know the price to which they have to pay to pick up the vehicle and also when the agent is trying to contact the customer they should contact them from the information on the reservation they get
