Useless app. After logging in and entering a valid 10-digit confirmation number to import a booking, the reservation cannot be found ("unknown error occurred"), therefore unable to get to online check-in. Update: After a few days, the booking appeared. After importing an external booking, it only shows up in the app, but not on the website. When importing it to the website, it can't be changed, and it forgets the booking after logging out. Databases should all be synchronized. Waste of time!

A real bad app Design - Poorly designed app. For example when you scroll through a list (i.e. Countries) all are grayed out until you select one. but this makes it difficult to select from the list. features not working - I imported the booking (reference number), it confirmed it was imported, but you cannot find the booking list anywhere, in order to be able to online check-in. Useless!

The app is such a waste of time. If you log in, your reservations are not there. You can import your reservation by entering your res # and last name. You will get a pop up saying your reservation has been successfully imported, but then you're looped back to the import reservation page. This goes on forever in a loop. Go to their website to check in online and it directs you back to the app. Hope my car is there when I get to the counter.

This is for the worst app to make a reservation and rent a car, because when you go to pick up the car at the office they tell you that the reservation was canceled, without any explanation and without reasons, so what they want is to rent you one there In the office at a different price, that is, much more expensive than the one you had booked online. They did this to me and my brother, we had two reservations for the same day and both were canceled for no reason. do not rent here don't use it.

It doesn't find my booking whether I am logged in or not. When I enter the same information on the website it finds my booking even if I'm not logged in. I cut and paste the reservation number into both and the app just doesn't find it. It finds my driver information and credit card information but it's totally useless if it can't find a booking. I've wasted 1/2 hour messing around with an App that clearly wasn't properly tested. I don't have issues with apps from Avis, Hertz, Budget et.al.

Can you book a car, yes. Can you do anything else? NO! It either doesn't work entirely or has been poorly implemented, so It doesn't. Even the phone numbers have been added as (+44)0, so when you dial them, the number is invalid! I would highly recommend using their website over using this app if you can due to the issues.

Very disgusting service from Europcar. Undisclosed charges as well. I don't suggest Europcar. In my last rental I have used a route through a tunnel, I wasn't informed that car doesn't have prior arrangement to use that, anyway for using that tunnel a fee of £2.5 was charged and I paid it, but Europcar charged £40 as administration charge to pass on that info to me. This is atrocious. After 2 days I got a fine on the same trip, fine was for £35 and again Europcar charged me £40 as admin carge

Completely useless. Does not sync with the account, nothing works, all I get are error messages. Considering that users have been complaining about this for months, it is unfathomable that they have not been able to improve it.
