Always handy not perfect placement of property lines but still helpful. Update thanks for the response but I sure wish you folks would fix you property line snafu! Seems like all property lines shift at least 10 foot the the south and east... Really messes things up. Not expects absolute accuracy but you ought to be able to fix the programming error. All the that is required is to move the grid so it references the center of the roads.

I used to love it when all they gave was plat maps. The properties were easy to pull up by just taping within the property lines, quick to come up, & it gave all the public records info you could only get @ your local county courthouse. Now property lines are not outlined, so you have to poke & hope to just see what property is in your pinned area, it takes multiple taps to get it to do so, & then it gives minimal information. It's just not user friendly & I don't like it, so I'm dumping it.

Did the free trial. I lasted two days. This app doesn't give you any better info than Google Maps for property lines. The map resolution is atrocious, and the maps are years out of date. I submitted a support ticket, and they basically told me if I wanted higher res, to upload a better map image. Seriously? They want paying customers to provide them with a better product? At $10 per month, the app better be on point. Skip this one.

As good as it gets for free, great aid in knowing roughly where you property boundaries are. However, complicated legal descriptions are often mapped erroneously, beware. Definitely must have, to all who use this app you must be aware of the liability the developer exposes itself too. That is why it is for informational purposes only. GPS data is derived from cell tower triangulation, therefore, the stronger the signal, the better the results. Legally, just as Google maps, 10 to 15 feet+/- max

After the update I am very pleased with the results! It's perfect! It's a free app giving the same exact information as the paid apps. Now that being said you can subscribe to get additional information about the properties you're researching but it's perfect for the casual user. Thank you for listening to the reviews and fixing the lag and refresh bug.

Just installed the new upgrade and visually it looks nice, but that's about it. I am unable to leave feedback on the app itself because it freezes up. The property line grid on the map is off by at least 10 to 15 feet. Physical GPS location is off by about the same distance. I still need to check information for surrounding counties, but last time I looked, there wasn't any information. A feature that would be great would be a street view that showed an estimated property line pin or flag.

This might be the only 100% free app that allows you to view an unlimited amount of parcels with info on ownership and what not. My only 3 complaints is that... 1) You cannot copy and paste any of the info. 2) The search doesn't work at all, so you have to manually find a location in the map. 3) No option to get the lat/lon nor to open in Google Maps for directions since not every property has numerical address. Other than that, I love this app as an urban Explorer and drone pilot.

Great Detail on property parcels. However, today I finally had my first issue with the app. I was automatically logged out this morning, and when trying to log back in, I got an error saying "Network request failed". I'm able to log into the website web version, but can no longer log into the app. Otherwise, very handy app and nothing else beats it.
