SCAM APP (PANDAPRO), they will give it to you as a trial but will not tell you it will auto re-new without any notification. Yeah it was just 50pesos not that much it's the honesty and integrity that matters, one of the worst customer service they will keep on transferring you to someone who can't do anything, worst is they will slap the terms and conditions in your face like you don't know how to read and understand. LOL

The rider cancelled my order though I already paid using the wallet, contacted the customer service and they told me that I initiated the cancellation which is not! And they didn't refunded my money! I went to the restaurant and told them what happened, no one can resolved the issue. My money was gone and I don't have my food!

Our app is incredibly ineffective when it comes to opening; I waited for ten minutes to open it, and the delivery was fine, but your app takes a long time before I can place an order. It's so shameless, and because it's so hard, I'll be vulnerable to whoever is doing this. Please fix your app; it keeps crashing when I log in. Thank you.☺️😡.

When ordering groceries from foodpanda, there were multiple instances when the subitems in the items were missing. Also the platform didn't process the refund. This problem happened many times. A customer can't prove if they don't get a sub-item. They utilize this to not process the refund. Depending on the order most times they will process vouchers when they should process refund to the wallet/account... Also the Help service is so bad that it just waste your time.. Not recommended.

The service is great however I wish that your app is visually impaired friendly. Having blurry eyesight, I have set my phone's font and display to "very large" your app doesnt adapt to these changes and would not display certain buttons unless I revert back to "default/normal." I nearly uninstalled this app after I failed to update my address numerous times but later on figured that I had to adjust my settings. Please ask the developers to make this app visually impaired friendly/adaptive.

Received the wrong order and got only half my money back, even tho the one i got was cheaper than the one i paid, i paid twice as much, and customer support only could give half what i paid for, the attitude of the customer support for not caring i paid for someone else food was disappointing for a supposed "respected" delivery app, its best to switch to other delivery app, if they don't care how much money you lose for someone else mistake.

Very Bad Experience, their is no customer support, In which we can complaint, 1 km orders deliver in 1 and half hour. Further it shows that order is being prepared but, actually the boy have not reached to pick for 1 hour. No extras are added in this. And prices of every food is high as compared to the brands menu on their page. Not recommended!

This app sucks! First of all, you delayed my order so I just have to wait for an hour. When I tried to click the help button since your delivery was delay it's giving no option to cancel because they threatened me that if I cancel the order due to the delay and their fault they will restrict my cash on delivery payment. Wow foodpanda nice tactic! Anyway, I still have the feedback here lol. Goodluck to your company. 😂
