Update - while my opinion of the app has not changed, one thing I should mention... The store employees, at least in my locations, do not like flashflood. They put little effort into adding items, and, you would occasionally get attitude from them. Original: Love this app! I've saved a ton of money, AND am helping the environment. Win win! On occasion, you will get charged twice for an order. But, it's rare, and the support team is always quick to fix it and get you your money back.

Just did your new update and pictures still don't show up. I'm not going to bother with contacting your Help Desk since that is a very "unjoyous" experience. Just change it back to the old version before you started screwing with it. Don't like that I can't see how many pick-ups I have anymore. Why is each order seperate now? It was much better when it showed them all. Now I have to open each order. This uodate really is horrible.

I loved the old app, and was buying things on almost a daily basis from different stores in my area. The new app is a hassle. The scroll thing at the bottom covers up a portion of my map and clicking on the location dots is laggy or don't open at all without getting out, then back in. Then once in, half of the pictures are missing. I won't buy things if I don't know what they are and the titles can be pretty vague , so that doesn't help. I've gone back to visiting discount stores instead.

Needs to be an option for customers to filter available products. Expiry date, price, discount %, and department. I'm convinced most customers take a look at the most recently added products and that's it. No one seems to buy the stuff I added a week or two ago, even if I drop the price as low as 25 cents- I assume that's because they're not seeing these products lower down on the list. The order of displayed products needs to be customizable.

Great idea and concept to resell food that would otherwise be thrown away. However, local offerings have recently become far less robust. Also, the app itself has become more buggy and many of the item images no longer show up, making it rather useless for evaluating whether or not you want to get something....

Not sure what's happening but I have to keep signing in every 2 days. This is quite frustrating since most people don't walk around with their passwords. I spoke to several other people who are having the same issue. Otherwise this app is great! I've been trying to use this app for 3wks now. It won't accept my credit card info. and now I can't get past the page that says 'we've updated our terms' after re-installing the app. 3 wks. and customer Service hasn't replied.

Con: some pictures are blurry, nutrition info isn't provided, so I have to look up nutrition info online. Pro: it's a good app to reduce food waste. I've been using it for several months and haven't had any issues so far. Would like to see more grocery stores get onboard with this app, providing nutrition and product information (weight of product). Edit: since app updated recently to 3.0, it's just terrible! Majority of the time, the list doesn't load! I have to close the app multiple times 😞

November 8th Update. I updated the app, still hardly any pictures. This is an updated review. I still love the concept, but now there are hardly any pictures of the items being listed as of November 2024. I love the concept! The app is extremely easy to use. There's just one problem for me, there's only one store near me that participates.
