Really not a good app. When u view a listing on the map, and u want to search for others by moving the area of the map, u can't. Can't see reviews of any place on the app, only on website. And many other interface issues. Better off viewing the website

Overall enjoy using this app. But what could be improved: -App stability, lots of crashes, slow loading time -Walking time to MRT is at least 5 mins off -Would be good to return to where you left off in a list, rather than repopulating the entire list and scrolling

This review was triggered by an unnecessary pop up ad notification, which is undoubtedly annoying. You would have easily gotten 5 stars, but 2 stars are removed for reasons mentioned above. To be honest, it is a decent app for finding properties and a huge plus is that it provides floorplans (unlike propertyguru). However, more can be done to remove fake and clickbait listings. Please stop with the annoying pop up notifications. Be better than other mediocre apps that resort to spamming ads

overall, as a consumer, a good portal to find properties. however, I have to say, propertyguru still have the advantage in terms of filtering the houses you want, and completeness of listing in the portal/website. hopefully, 99.co can catch up with propertyguru soon. also the app listing is a lot fewer than website for some reason

The edit search feature doesn't work if you want to change the MRT selection. There are also lots of duplicate ads referring to the same unit by multiple agents. Sometimes you see > 5ads on the same unit! Hmm, I thought one of the selling point of 99co when I first heard its advertisement was minimum duplicate. A bit disappointing, frankly. Update (Sep 2022): The report listing function is not working either. No wonder despite the "verified real", many "fake" ads.

Search and filter doesn't work as expected. It doesn't seem to matter what I type into the search bar or filter, I always get the same results. Eg. I used search by distance feature and picked 10 mins from Bugis. The top result I got was from Sembawang. I tried to filter out HDBs, and the second result I got was a HDB.

KB Chong

Bad app that tries to capture all the contact numbers of everyone that try to see the contact number of the agents marketing the properties. Instead of verifying once, the consumers have to verify 20 times with otps sent to their handphone if they wish to enquire abt 20 properties. Totally broken

Sends annoying notifications to ask you to enquire about homes in your shortlist. The whole reason they are in a shortlist is for me to look through at my convenience and at my own time. I do not need an app to bug me about it.
