Easy Back End, Front End Needs Updates. The web app makes it tough for agents to send SMS since they cannot choose a template folder, nor can they type in to search for a specific template when using a Zoho module to open the SMS Magic app. Makes for a lot of searching when we have 100+ templates built.

Not impressed with this app. Would not recommend using. I use this app for work to text clients. Most of the time the app doesn't notify you that you have a message and it doesn't matter how any times you delete the app and re-install the app. Consistently fails to send messages and if you leave the app before the message is sent it doesn't finish sending the message and deletes the message you were trying to send instead of saving it as a draft.

We've tested out different solutions that perform this function, as we have clients looking for SMS to keep in contact with new customers. We tried ZipWhip, SlickText, &Front, however, none of them allowed us to have the integration with Twilio and keep control of our numbers & API, but also have 2-way SMS. This is the ONLY solution we've found, & thanks to Rajat & Reshma, it's working perfectly! Just need name support alongside the phone number, and the iOS version to be released!

Ridiculous that I have the same issue with your app not allowing the Zoho login, as previous users have reported here, only to have you tell them to contacr customer service. An app either works out of the box or it does not. No one running a business is going to spend time with customer service when you could have posted the fix, as I see it has been reported on other reviews.

This company is horrible. This app would continuously disconnect from Zoho. It would cease to function and you would have absolutely no indication that your SMS was being lost. In testing we found that customers would think they were sending an SMS, but it would fail to get to us. We had paid for one year of service and they refused to refund when it kept failing to work with our CRM

Installed the app, but it doesn't let you sign in if your sms-magic account was created using Zoho single sign-on. Useless. Update this issue has now been fixed. Thanks, SMS-Magic. Upgraded my rating from one to four stars.

Pathetic, messages don't come through, read msgs don't disappear from the screen. Poor functionality

Great Application, easy to use , great support. Recommended to all
