Literally one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I forgot my password and had it send a code to my email. It only worked on the device I tried to use the app on. It had me give the passcode and set a new password, which it confirmed. Then, when I tried inputting my new password, it kept telling me it was wrong! I reset it twice and both times this happened. So, now, I can't even log in. This is REALLY frustrating and annoying!

Very slow and glitchy. The app won't close when I use the back button on my phone, so I have to use the menu button to close and get out. There are no notifications to confirm that a photo claim has been successfully submitted, so I can't tell if my claim is under review or if it didn't go through... I had to resubmit one claim after not hearing back for over a week and used the manual entry option so it would actually record the transaction in the app.

Dont even try photoclaim. It goes through a process that reduce your image to gibberish. Two claims have been rejected. One was HDR resolution wide aspect ratio, appeared as squished. The other was scanned with 200dpi from a typical scanner, returned image lost too much detail. Used "my claim", and attached invoice after. I dont know why nothing was said about this.

The update is not working for me, everytime I click on update it takes me to the play store and no option to update and I am not able to log in anymore. Finally I was able to update the app today!!!

I don't know if it's the app, or the employee's, but many times I have had to call and inform them of mistakes made. They didn't notice they over paid me. They put a Chiropractor under my name when the receipt clearly says my son's name. They stop paying for test strips after you buy a quantity of 250... When there is 365 in a year. So much more..

This app would be good if it worked.... I did a photo submission for EHC and it sent it as a DRUG so my submission was rejected.. not sure why their app that states it's submitting as one thing doesn't actually submit the correct info.. just got the website and upload from there

App is absolutely garbage. If you feel your job is a pain in the a$$ wait until you have to submit a claim. Overall a total disappointment. Not user friendly what so ever.
