Added the ability to set a Golfer's image from an existing "Gallery" image.
Improved recovery if the App is terminated during the Bluetooth connection process. Eliminated the ability to terminate the App via the "Back" button when a critical process is being performed by the App.
Improved the keyboard input behavior on the Golfer Add/Edit and Club Data dialogs. Eliminated an inadvertent keyboard pop up which occasionally occurred after the App was closed and reopened.
