App is buggy hard to select location, was not using current location, just my saved address, I could not see the car in place was meant to be had to ring to find it and overcharged for late return, person online said should refund it, but email staff said no.

If I could give zero I would. Booked one car, wasnt returned in time for my booking. They charged me a service fee even though the app said "no charge" to cancel (they should be offering me a discount or something, ridiculous). Had to try and book another vehicle immediately, was 10km away from the location it was supposed to be. Why did they even let me book it? Terrible service and overpriced too. Don't be fooled, it's not convenient. Worse, customer support is weekday daytime only

The latest update has removed one of the most important features: the ability to know what car make and model is available. Depending on the trip or who I'm with, I might need a bigger car. Additionally, knowing what car you are going to get allows you to search in advance for the size of the car boot, but now you can't. I'm considering other options such as YUKO and Driveyou. GoCar is making a worse product and trying to fool us with a loyalty system through insignificant "rewards."

Had service registered few years ago. Can't recover it as they won't send a link to reset password. Created new one. No problem. But doesn't work. Can't figure out why. App is so bad. That only way to contact is an email were you will get no were. Responds quick but with no help whatsoever. 2 day's in a row have to organise alternative transport because they no use on promt need. I wish someone could create alternative company to there's. Would put GoCar out of business in no time!!!

Can be expensive! Also automatic selection is poor especially in areas outside of Dublin, its rare to find an automatic as they usually just put one or two in and they are constantly booked out also in areas outside if Dublin there are no options at all for EV cars which I'm hoping they change soon, rewards system is ok but they should allow us to choose if we want to spend it on the price of the car or the KM charges!

Cannot create an account because you have litterally 10s authorise your debit card on your bank application until it times out... it shows how thoroughly the app was thought and tested... can't imagine the state of the backend

I had booked a GoCar for 3 days but later got it reduced for 2 days after contacting customer car. While GoCar reduced my trip period to 2 days they still charged me for 3 days. Don't understand why would they ask me to return the car 1 day early but still charge me for additional day. Imagine going to a store to buy 3 apple but you decide to return 1 apple back to the store. The store takes your one apple away and neither refunds you or return you that apple back. Clever way of charging more

DO NOT USE! Cowboy company. App is not fit for purpose, could not unlock car, tried to cancel and rebook but same issue occurred and no helpdesk staff online or on the phone to help, total waste of time. Do not use GoCar if you have an important event to attend you will regret it.
