Was working fine, updated before Christmas, now it won't open at all. Crashes immediately. Edit: I emailed customer service through their website. They responded quickly and let me know an update was being released. They emailed again on release, and the update appears to have resolved the problem.

The performance has deteriorated over the past month of use. After force closing and then restarting the app it fails to load. When dropping off my kid I have to restart the app about 10 times to finally get to the sign in page, at which point it carafes immediately afterwards.

Pathetic app. Just have to do one thing.. Sign-in and signout based on geofencing. And it doesn't so that properly. Sign pad doesn't come on, app doesn't show the status properly if kid is signed in/out. I can sign in multiple times and won't know if it worked.

Can't open after latest update. Crashes as soon as app is launched. Hard to imagine such a simple application to be so unreliable. It's not like the application has millions of features so difficult to test everything with each update.

My kids school just adopted this for the fall. I am a bit skeptical, considering the existing reviews. But I was willing to give it a shot. Also, I have no choice, because every parent at the school HAS to use the app to sign the kids in or out... Installed the app and started getting the requests for permissions: - Location: yeah, that makes sense. - Phone: Why do you want to access my call history or make calls? I tried to find further info, but there is no explanation as to why the app needs this. So no, I did not grant that permission. - Storage: again... Why? Without further info, I am not comfortable granting wide permissions to any app. Problem is... as pointed out by another review, the app won't run. I went back and granted the storage permission and now the app runs. I am still holding back the phone permission. And I would really appreciate some information as to why the app requires access to storage. I plan to chat with the school admins to see if they have some other alternatives we can explore for this. Unless the developers post visibly the reasons for the permissions they are requesting, I do not feel comfortable using the app. And I do not think the school will feel comfortable forcing parents to put their privacy at risk with this app. I have not seen the actual functionality of the app itself. But I did notice that the UI feels very outdated. So far, I'm not impressed. I might update my rating and review once school starts, or if the devs post info about those permissions. Edit 9/15/2020: I really appreciate the response from the developers, and the fact that they removed unnecessary permissions. I checked today and the permissions are gone after updating. However, when I tried to answer the Health Screening questions, the app consistently crashed.
