User ID and PIN
Your User ID and PIN are created with your Tachomaster worker record, which in turn is created the first time you read your driver card into Tachomaster. If this is your own company you will find the details at the bottom of your record on the web site at Tools > Add / Amend > Amend Worker Details, or top right in the software at File > Open > Worker.
If not your own company then please refer to a Tachomaster admin at the company you work for, we are not able to supply them for security reasons.
We are currently offering version 2.1.18. This is our latest, most optimized version. It is suitable for many different devices. Free download directly apk from the Google Play Store or other versions we're hosting. Moreover, you can download without registration and no login required.

Up until now the app has been great. However I've tried to login and it's telling me that the ID and password is incorrect and won't let me log in 😔

Get it sorted please, been sending emails to tech support, but except replies that it's an issue with my phone, I haven't seen anything done to resolve the issue. It's not my phone, I have tried to log in from a few devices and get a message that there is no Internet connection. As I can see, there are other people complaining about the same issues. Sort them out, please!

The app isn't working properly, and this is the isue Data entry has been disabled - contact your Tachomaster Administrator for more information. So i and my employers tried to fix it we were unsuccessful so i e-mailed Tachomaster admin about it and so far it seems they are carless. After i made the review i cant sign in anymore. I get incorrect username/ password, even though I haven't changed my password and username
Light bringer
Latest update has broken the app. Constantly says there's no Internet connection, doesn't show shifts. Tried logging and back in and then uninstalled and reinstalled because it won't let me log in, still won't let me log back in. Doesn't mention incorrect pin or anything, just doesn't load to log in

What have you done? You made it very confusing to use. What's with the upside down shift list? Please, update it ASAP to see the WEEK listed correctly: top down! It takes me 3 times longer to copy any information out of it!

Needs a lot of upgrades! Firs will be nice if is has a notifications to tell you when you are close to infringement. The calendar section is useless,can't read anything. Also will be good if can leave or right memo for the shifts. And many more. You need to work on the app a lot more guys.

After update become worse, espiacially "Shift" option. Calendar I don't like it, not clear. WTD and Tacho, so so. These option I use very rarely, for not very clear as well.

Used to work properly until 20/07/2022 when the app automaticaly updated itself. Since that it's very confusing, I would prefer to use the previous version. Hence the 3 stars.
