Terrible. I received a text with a link including a tracking number and it opens the UPS app. Enter username or email. Can't remember. Put in email. Can't remember password. Go to reset password, now it wants a username. Uh...? Okay, I don't have an account. Fine. I set one up, 2 factor auth, and it won't let me paste the security code into the app. Finally jump thru the hoops. I try to copy and paste the huge tracking number, it won't let me. FAIL.

*EDIT* ITS BEEN A COUPLE MONTHS SINCE MY ORIGINAL POST. THIS APP STILL SUCKS AND NEVER WORKS FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING I NEED. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This app sucks. It's confusing to try to find anything I need and once I do find it I keep getting a message that says "sorry we're experiencing a technological problem", even though everything else on my phone is working just fine. It's super irritating. Fix this app.

This app is useless for anything other than tracking. If you have to make delivery changes, good luck. I have a package that requires a signature. The driver only attempts to deliver during regular business hours when I'm at work. I attempted to change delivery instructions to pick up at the local distribution center. No option to do that despite having done it numerous times. Attempted to change it to picking up at UPS Store. It wouldn't allow me to do it AND I still got charged the fee. Trash.

For the past 18 months, this app has become completely unusable. Every time I launch it, it tells me "sorry we are having technical difficulties, please try again later". And this is not just a single user experience on a single device. It's absolutely horrible. I would give it minus five stars if I could. My only fallback is using the web UI. I wish they would save people the pain and either remove the app from Google Play or at least fix it.

Old version was better. The old version kept all the deliveries listed in the app giving me the ability to decide whether to keep or delete them. In the new version package deliveries disappear from the app unexpectedly without warning. I go to the app to get the delivery history on a package I received only to find out it's no longer listed in the app. Another quirk of this app is tracking numbers are randomly either automatically added to the app or not added at all. Frustrating.

Favorites is missing from this app. I used to be able to add a tracking number. Then name it, and then tell it Favorites or it would put on the TO ME tab. Now there is nothing I can find to actually click on it again. Now if I retype the long tracking number. It pops up and even has the nickname. So it is in the app. But no way to just select it by doing a tab. You have to me, from me, and past. Please add either a recent searches or something. Your system doesn't bring up my package.

The app is janky, it's always claiming to have a "server issue". The old app was just fine. But then y'all went tinkering around with it, thinking that you're making it better, when all you've done is confused your own systems and make the app a hassle to deal with. When I pull up the app I want to be able to track my package, not wait 10 minutes for the tracking page to load... if it ever loads at all. FIX IT.

Not what was expected. I use a competing company's app and have zero issues. I intended to use this for work and manage a warehouse. I can't enter my address into my profile because it's a "commercial address" and yet this app states it's to be used for business purposes. Still exploring but underwhelmed. Will update but right now, it's just taking up space. I wrote an email to the developer two weeks ago, waiting on a response to my challenges. I will update when I receive a response.
