Worst app for a very big company. Receing a 6 digit code takes ages. After that, adding a billing account is a nightmare. It's stuck on "unexpected error" and already did all possible BTS but still "unexpected error". Also the chat system sucks! No response!

This is the 2nd time I had to use another email. It keeps saying it doesn't recognize my email but then when I go to register it says this email already exist. When I log out I can't log in it doesn't recognize my email. This system has a glitch in it it needs to get fixed to pay my bill.

I was logged out and when I tried logging in again, an error states" an unexpected error happened in DB ". I uninstall the application and reinstall it again but still the same. It was working just fine last week and now it messed up.

Buggy app. After their big update with ads, the app barely works! Difficulty logging in. If you can in rare cases, no bills are displayed. I should've sticked to paper billing..

This app deleted my utility account. Now I can't see/receive my bills and worse, I can't receive paper bills since I'm on paperless biliing. I tried to add utility account again and it says unexpected error occured.

What i really dont like the most is that you are no longer sending txt msg if there's a new bill coming but your app takes time to load just to view the bill and worst, when i got logged out, i am now unable to signed in back. How can I view my bills now?
