Very good app. No bells and whistles, but not many needed. Intuitive and the experience is easy to follow. Only real suggestion is when an invoice appears unexpectedly, have some basic explanation of origin of charge. I paid it, but not really sure what the charge was, based on being told I had a $0.00 co-pay on all orders.

I wish I could refill all my medications through the app because the phone calls are so long, and I've taken these medications over a year on one and 2 years for the other. I am glad I can refill at least 2 prescriptions because it saves me an hour or more, so I just have one 45-minute phone call vs. 3 different 45-minute phone calls.

Good functionality and is better customer experience than direct calls actually. If there was more detailed information of the drug on the selection list it would improve the app. I have two scripts of the same named drug just different strengths and dosing so that differential is not apparent on the first selection page. The info is shown after you make a selection so its not the end of the world, but that change would make your initial selection more in line with expectations online shopping.

Seamless, easy, efficient! I used to have to call in and wait on the phone for my refills, now it takes me a minute and a half in the app to do the same as it used to take 15 minutes on the phone to do with my old pharmacy. It's a super easy, intuitive and efficient way to refill a specialty prescription. 10/10!

Difficult to use app, adds no additional value to service. I shows me as having multiple accounts, which is not true, so I always have to guess which is the current, active account. (I have no idea why it shows multiple accounts since I am new to Accredo.) It is easy to order refills but I see nothing a specialty pharmacy accomplishes other than adding middlemen to suck up more money.

I installed the app on my Pixel phone, but was unable to login. Called technical support and was assured that they could resolve the issue, somehow the application was convinced my username was not the valid one that worked on the website. Was told that the technical support would resolve the issue. They did not. Followed up that phone call with an email which did not get a response. I have uninstalled the app.

Easy to use The app is great once your scripts are loaded. This the first time in 18 years of ordering specialty meds that it was easy. Normally when you have to call one these pharmacies it is at least 25-30 mins, but of course the first thing is struggling through the automated system to get to an agent. This app skips that all together, I ordered last month and it worked great and just did a refill very simple and fast.

The worst password set up and reset process :( Your requirements are ridiculous! Who requires characters to not repeat themselves? Have you seen English words, I can not even log in to manage my messages be cause of ur ridiculous requirements! Tried to log in to do a refill and forgot my password. I'm goin through another password set up which is the worst process due to unrealistic expectations 😪 the worst app!
