I have no idea what this app is actually like since I can't get past the login screen. Clicking the login button clears the password field resulting in an invalid password error. Even worse, it clears the clipboard at the same time so you have go back to your password manager to copy the password again.

Confusingly difficult to navigate and use. The app has huge icons which are not obvious what they mean. The icons you would want are buried within the app. Not intuitive and frustrating to use. Zero user testing otherwise the most basic of faults in this would have been resolved Even the app name WEDUC makes it difficult to find on your phone as thats the name of the app that's searchable and visible, nothing to do with school or parents

Poor app. New design. Stupid icons that take up too much space and are meaningless.. No way to see a monthly view of the calendar! Select April and it shows last week of March..??? Select May.. Shows first 3 days only... Absolutely usless.. But then I'd expect nothing less been dire for years.. Only a year left until the last one leaves primary school and I no longer have to use this app..

Terrible experience all round. Something meant to be designed with ease and simplicity at the forefront surely but no! Every 1 transaction turns into 4 transactions. Double it for each child; you can't book anything all together! Total bumache. Calendar's having a wobbly too at the minute, random dates highlighted but no explanation on why. Good stuff.

I don't know if the issue lies with the school set up, or the weduc app, but it has been dreadful. Documents sent via the app or impossible to print. Settings are incorrect and there is noone to contact to fix. Many processes take several steps, we've been advised to access via a desktop, however the whole point of an app should be easy access, making tasks easier. Managing parent / school related tasks has got significantly harder since this app was introduced.

Since school switched to this app I've missed so much important info. We used to get an email or text which used to clearly say what the message referred to. Now we get a constant stream of endless notifications, multiple per day,that just say "you have a notification" and you have to click each one and go into the app to find out what it is. 90% of the time it's something completely irrelevant, so it's incredibly easy to miss something important in the background noise of repeated notifications
