Unnecessary updates. I played the night songs for my child every night before sleep. Unfortunately after this latest update, it shows "unable to play video" each time I clicked on them. If u want to do an update, it should be an improvement, not with more glitches. And it is nothing to do with connections as the other videos were perfectly fine. I already sent an email but there was no response at all. As this issue is not really resolved with silly excuses given, I am unsubscibing to this app.

My boys love the content but the app doesn't work correctly. You should be able to navigate the menu in both landscape and portrait mode but this is not a option and a lot of the games won't even open. Also the screen does not correctly fit the tablet screen so you can't touch the X to close the videos. Also if this is a Walt Disney product why isn't content such as the cuddlies available on Disney plus? That subscription costs enough without this broken app on top.

My daughter absolutely loves BabyTV, so we thought we'd subscribe to the app. Well, that's not going too good. I'm almost ready to demand a refund for the past few months we've been subscribed because the app is terrible. Everytime it's getting stuck on the loading screen and it's just a white screen. I've forced stopped it. Cleared cache and still no joy. And please don't reply with "Ypu can create your own playlist by clicking the heart" That would be possible if the app worked.

This app is good, however there are some problems. I get having to hold the button for 2 seconds, but why is there a time limit, and why can I only pause, stop, or restart? No rewind or fast forward? Your app on Roku has rewind and fast forward. Also, on Roku, the Songs and Rhymes mixes 1-5 and the K-Z episodes of Charlie & the Alphabet are free, but on here they are paid. Also, why is there no free trials or 6/12 month subscription on Android when there is on iPhone? Good app though.

No ads (im assuming because Im paying) and its really easy to use. However so far none of the content on the app is playable. So far I can only play Beep-beep. We got this because our baby (2 yrs) is obsessed with Mr Snail. Unfortunate this is one of the many videos that can't play. I raised it with Baby TV but to no avail. 1 star out of 5 for wasting our time and for making the baby really miserable. Shame as the content has so much potential yet the app has let them down. Im now unsubscribed.

Fab UNTIL update that's just hit! My autistic child loved the app, and it is suddenly portrait mode, huge images, won't rotate unless you unlock a mini player, and he has access to log in settings, which were previously inaccessible, and he cannot use it the same way, by pressing and holding to leave the programme or pause and he is so upset/frustrated. He is nonverbal and can only express his frustration in very painful ways to himself/us. I wish it hadn't auto updated. Only 1of2 apps he uses

This had all the promise of being the next best thing to having the BabyTV channel, however the irritation from it not working correctly unfortunately outweighs paying for a subscription. Currently the app doesn't work at all, it just loads the initial screen, and prior to this I found that I am unable to create my own playlist and cast. Putting on a new episode of something approximately every 5 minutes is not something I want to be doing.

The child loves Leo & Pix. I found the app and decided to see if it offered the option to watch just that show. It does... if I subscribe monthly. While it isn't that much, seeing that I pay extra on the Cable bill specifically to let her have this channel, paying extra to let her have multiple episodes of her preferred show seems redundant and like a money grab.
