There are lots of things I love about Dojo. Family communication, student motivation and it is good for tracking participation and behavior. However, entering the data is painful and time consuming, something teacher dont have. Everytime you click a positive feedback on a student it brings me back to the class page and then I have to click on the student again and do this repetitively and it is a long and time consuming process. PLEASE update this so it is more efficient!

For the most part, it's fine. What irritates me the most is that every time I get a code sent to me, it creates a "new child" instead of just adding the class to an existing child profile. I currently have 4 active profiles for my son and 3 for my daughter. I have to go through and delete multiple old profiles every new school year. You want us to pay for the app to keep memories from years past, but I would have no less than 30 profiles between 2 kids if I saved them all! Just ridiculous!!!!

I like the concept, but I do not like that even thru a school or teacher invite, you do not have access to the full app and all of its features without a subscription. I feel like I'm only getting 20% of the experience, but I'm not willing to pay a years subscription to "explore" what else it offers. Maybe offer a free trial for a month or so, to see if we like it and would miss the additional perks we lose without subscribing.

One year PAID use update: FIX THE BASICS!!! Notifications either don't come on time or keep re-apearing. Messages don't update often, making it a chore to communicate. FIX IT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Noticed issues in the points feature, and the app stops updating at times. I find the main feed disorienting with the way it groups posts into stories. I'm not sure if the school is doing it, or it's just how it works. It has good ideas, but the way it's built makes it frustrating at times.

My children's school uses this app and I get the notices delivered silently. When I get an update/notice and click on it, it takes me to the first screen and just spins and spins, and then says uh oh something went wrong. And I'll try again with no change. I close out of the app and quit the app and restart my phone but nothing works. Very irritating.

Experienced glitches with chats. Paid for the annual subscription at the start of last school year. Realized it wasn't needed for the new year, and uninstalled it. Got a notice that subscription was going to renew in 3 days, but I had to reinstall the app to cancel. And the cancelation button doesn't work. I missed the cancelation deadline and now paid for another year I don't need. Who gives 3 days notice instead of 30 for a subscription renewal? Leaving this review purely to call that out.

It's nice to help keep updated on my kids and stay in contact with their teacher's, but it is hard to work around the app, as it pushes you to pay for membership with popups that are misleading. It asked for a review while trying to read messages from their teacher. Overall, the app is obnoxious. I wouldn't normally bother to rate, but since it was so important to interrupt what I was doing, here ya go.

It dosent load . And I have a special needs child i have to be in touch with the teacher at all times. I made sure my phone was updated . I made sure the app was updated . It just loads and then say retry and repeats that. I have a samsung s24 plus I have no issues with the phone other than this app. Which allows me to believe the error is with the app.....I also emailed support and heard nothing back.
