Got through one chapter easy enough. Now it won't let me on the app, it just stays on the loading screen with the driving cars. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't get past the loading screen.

The course itself is ok, but the constant upselling is super annoying. You're constantly getting asked to pay more money for something you don't want, no matter how many times you say no.

The course itself was fine, the info was easy to understand and listen to. But issues with the app: Audio kept skipping words. At the end of the course, it required verification of my info and when I selected "None of the above" in the drop-down for the reason, it would not allow me to continue, saying my court number was invalid. I had to switch the option in the drop-down to the ticket dismissal then switch it back. App would also be better with more visible sections (not just the main ones).

Display issues and stability issues. Questions involving road signs display the question right over the road sign, so you can't read the question or the sign properly. I repeatedly have to go back to the main menu when pages freeze. The app asked for feedback by email and when the app tried to send me to the email app, my phone rebooted. My email application has not crashed by itself or rebooted the phone in 4 years. Swiping in this app takes a very large swipe. Not great.

There isn't a single defensive driving course that matches to this one. The questions are clear, concise, and always pertain to some relevance to the chapter. I've taken other website courses, and they are garbage compared to this one. The only difference with Aceable compared to others for the worse (and it's not even worse) is you have to input some sort of command (ie. Swipe or click) to move forward every 10-30 seconds. Would 100% recommend this to anyone.

Extremely convenient way of completing the dreaded traffic school. It's extremely easy to stop mid chapter and pick whenever you have time. It saves your progress all on a convenient app. I didn't shop around however this app was listed on alot of websites as one of the top traffic schools with innovative ways of taking the 8 hr class.

Good, but lots of bugs. videos need to play multiple times to progress to the next screen. i had to wait 15 minutes so a5 minute video could play 3 times just to get to the next screen. the tech support is non-existent. try to look up any problems and the app fails to load the page.... fix your damn app!
