Can't login. The 2FA message says I should receive an SMS but that doesn't happen. I could change and verify another phone number in the web app, though, with no issues. At this moment the app is useless for since the 2FA doesn't work.

Login not intuitive with the dropdown and the other field under it. The error message not helpful. I figured it out. The app is limited for Campaigns. Can only see hi level(name, open, clicked, unsubscribe) few details as you can see on the desktop app. And Chrome browser experience Android not ideal. For more, end up needing to log in your account on Desktop. App ux is clean but very basic for quick hi level view of you campaigns or contacts.

The app is a thing that exists. That's all. I was hoping to, at the minimum, see my lists and how many are on them so I can track some new efforts. Well, I can see all my contacts. Individually. In the order they opted in. It's like asking for a menu at a restaurant and getting a list of the names of the dishes and then having to click each one to find out if it's an appetizer, main course, or dessert. 1 star for having the app 1 star for having up to date info. Do better Active Campaign!!

Doesn't let you see campaigns and do simple actions like resend a campaign. Doesn't let you see campaign performance analytics. Doesn't allow list management, like creating segments. This literally only lets you see your list of contacts. The only use I can think of is to add someone on the spot if you make an acquaintance out, but that seems like a minor need. The app for an email marketing tool should allow email/campaign management on the go. Very disappointing.

This app is horrendous, horrible and buggy. Tried to run a training course with our sales people. Multiple users on various android devices with the same issues. Filled in all the account details and go to create account and the create button doesn't do anything sometimes. You have to close the app and fill in the details again. This also occurs when attempting to update account details and contacts, the save button only sometimes works. Was very embarrassing for both myself and ActivecamPAIN.

I primarily use the app for Deal and Task management, and for those, it works great. It's quicker and more convenient than logging into the desktop site. I don't know how it would fare for Campaign creation, but honestly, that's not something I would want to do on mobile anyway. In my opinion, a solid companion app.

Not overly excited about the latest app update. Considering the market share held my Android devices compared to Apple, the Android device still needs work. For example, in some countries, mobile reception is sketchy if none existant. I know. Hard to believe. An offline form for the Android App would be a great addition.

So buggy, takes multiple tries to login, and screen freezes, and can't do anything. Not sure why this app exists.
