Atrocious app. This has to be the worst app for a club I've ever used. I try over and over and OVER to login in. It freaks out, logs my into and old account, I reset it, logs me in, gives me an error and says session expired but my account is there, try to login again, doesn't work etc etc. It's a nightmare. Plus often the tickets don't even load to the app. And then sometimes I go to the member area and it just crashes. Not to mention, everytime you try and call, it just hangs up on you!

Ticketing disaster. If you are member you have to get tickets through this useless app. Have to set up a separate Ticketmaster account as despite what they say, you can't login with your regular Ticketmaster account. Then the new account you have set up just for lions tickets affects your login on regular Ticketmaster app/account. Sending tickets through app to other people also doesn't work.

Great app,easy to navigate but the notifications don't match up to the app. I can press a notification and it won't take me to the article, just a thumbnail. The news needs more regular updating too I constantly find myself going to the AFL app to get updates on the Brisbane Lions.

It's a good app just a little hard to work your way around. I'm disappointed the lions emojis don't work on Samsung. When selecting any of the emojis the app will freeze on a blank page. If you could fix this, that would be awesome as I would like to spam lions emojis to my Collingwood mates.

Have had the same problem for a 2nd time now. Cannot access my game day tickets. Why this is a thing when I'm a paid up reserved seat member is a massive annoyance. Am wondering if it's anything to do with having an Android phone or whether it's a problem on the club's end. Getting fed up with this.

Haven't been able to log in for nearly a year. Log in process simply stops and won't load any further.

The app is telling me that I am putting in the incorrect password in the app. Instead I go to the Brisbane Lions membership web page on my computer to log in and it works fine. This is not the first time this has happened

The app is not functioning properly, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but problem is still not fixed. Click on icon to open app and it keeps shutting down, tried multiple times and doesn't work.
