Had this for two years. 2% of the time it works remotely. 98% of the time it can't connect. You decide if you want to purchase air con that uses this useless sw.

Had it for more than a year. Works well, but I would give 5 stars if it can get updated with an option to set automatic turn off timer that you set and forget, instead of having to set the time each and everytime. Not similar to 'scenes'. Sometimes I want to turn on AC randomly for just a few hours only and I tend to forget to set a timer each and realised only 7 hours later that it has been on for sometime after leaving the house. Other systems I have used have this feature.

Ducted aircon is great! But I've had the app since Nov 2021, and it's been offline more times than I can count; including right now. Always says, "Cannot connect to your system remotely. Check your internet connection on your wall mounted touch screen. " If I wanted to get up and use the wall mounted touch screen, I wouldn't have the app. Edit: Super glitchy. No one in the house can control the aircon with the app. Edit: Years later, and that app still goes offline for days on end.

When it works its great, but unfortunately, phone apps just stop working and have to redownload app then that says its not compatible, if its not broke dont fix it, why keep changing the system version if a particular version is working, surely we can lock in a version so no more so called 'upgrades' can be attempted to be put on.. our phone apps havent worked for 2 weeks now and have uninstalled/reinstalled roughly 10 times, with no luck.

Another useless update that needs to be removed or let people go back to an older version is problems appear. Since the update we now cant use the phone app to connect to the wifi and on the tablet the wifi doesn't even show half the time. Had the system installed for 3 years and all of a sudden a new update appears and the wifi connection starts to fail , not a coincidence i think

If you enjoy constant connection issues with your phone and having to pull the tablet off the wall to disconnect the ethernet cable to reset it..then this is the system for you. Edit. Before I receive a reply about contacting support, yes I have, that's how I found out about disconnecting the tablet from the wall and reconnecting it...becomes real annoying when this is done over and over again, especially heading upstairs.

Easy to use when connected to the same wifi network, but rarely works on the 4G mobile network! Just unreliable. I was on my way to work when I realised I hadn't turned my air con off. When I got to work I tried to connect remotely, but it just wouldn't work. Air Con stayed on all day, unnecessarily 😡 Update... Since upgrading my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, I'm having more success connecting remotely. Happier with this app now 🤔🙂

The app often fails to accomplish its sole purpose of connecting to the tablet so I am unable to adjust the aircon without getting up and going to the tablet. When it does work it's very nice but considering how often it decides not to connect I can't recommend the app or any aircon products that use it. The tablet itself is also quite unresponsive and we only got everything installed about a month ago
