-Notifications don't have volume control, instead app notify you with max volume possible even if phone on silent mode. -Care function save fotos mirrored, also saved fotos quality is very low, no details to see. That's 2 major issues while a doctor shoud observe how each side changed. This feature is more like a bug now. -My doctor doesn't notified I sent fotos in app. -I can't select and remove smile fotos, function don't exist. Hope issues will be fixed and app works properly in future.

It's annoying having to enter password/fingerprint for every time that want to enter in the app, stop it, it's not a banking account, plus, my phone is protected already. Second, stop asking everytime for notification permission when using the timer for non-wear! I clicked on cancel, which means, I didn't set a time to be notified, I'll stop when I want. The plan view has no option to chose an aligner number, need to press play and wait to reach the specific number. Please, fix these bugs.

Authentication has improved recently. For some reason picture upload from phone gallery was removed, and taking the picture directly from the app makes it reversed compared to all my history (like mirrored). Please add back the possibility of picture upload from phone gallery. Overall pretty slow app for what it offers.

My Invisalign app is not working at the moment, it keeps getting jammed!? I've tried reinstalling it & everything but still not working!???

I just downloaded and started to create my account and still can not proceed after step 2. :( I hope this bug is resolved soon

Couldn't create an account on my phone. The scan option wouldn't work. Entered my details manually, and it returned 'error occurred, return to your desktop'. I was using my phone. So I tried to create an A/C a 2nd time and it failed again. It prompted me to add my email address but didn't provide anywhere in the screen to input it. Not impressed at all. Hope the aligners work better than the rubbish app. Look forward to hearing from customer support.

Features does not do what is expected. First, reminders: they do not pop up, means the app in reality does not remind you anything. I sometimes get to the app 1 hour after, and only after opening the app reminder comes...while it was set for 15 min, please fix it. Second: quality of pictures, not good enough, I am not taking a whole face selfie, just to capture the progress of teeth movement, and it is not clear enough, allow to upload from phone gallery please.

This app is by far the worst part of the treatment. Bugs everywhere. I can't believe an app that's basically a timer and images gallery can't work decently. Usually it freezes a lot and/or is very slow, but now the timer doesn't even start and closes the app. I don't understand why the app needs internet connection to open? So many times I can't use it when I'm travelling... also why do i need to enter my pin or biometric info everytime?! All very frustrating.
