New update/upgrade came out 12/3/21 early morning and ever since then the system is broken... I get booted offline by missed rescue opportunities and when contacting app support they say I haven't missed anything... 10/24/24 - new app update... Let us see if they have addressed issues that they haven't in the last 3 yrs.... ie notifications and alerts and not crashing...and even tracking has been off.

*Latest update change the notification tone-- now it sounds like a million other notifications...change it back or at least give users the option to choose. *Update* app has been working for 2 weeks straight. +1 ⭐️ This app worked fine for a few weeks, but not the notifications just stopped working. Tech support is utterly useless and only offers ..."well, sometimes the notifications don't work, we recommend keeping that app open and starting at it" .... GTFO

Upon this most recent update, the alert chime is completely absent. I instead have to rely solely on my phone's vibrations--VERY unreliable. Worse yet, it'll randomly go into this phase of constantly logging me off for no apparent reason. Two things that have been desperately needed since day 1 are the following: A. A cancel alert screen that immediately displays over whatever app is currently in use. B. A direct text messaging feature for communication with both customers AND dispatch

Missing calls left and right due to app not functioning properly. It is facing off duty for missed calls. Only problem is the app is not producing an audible alert as it use to. Also, it does not leave a message that a call was even inferred as in the past. Contact app support and someone who hardly speaks English answers. Get the brush off that this is a known problem for Android users and that she would let IT know.

Simple to use, but would greatly benefit from a feature that allows the user to add notes about each ticket, or photographs of the work performed, preexisting damage, etc. Previous version had a "Call Me" response for dispatches, so you could hold the request while you got additional details from the dispatcher. That feature is very missed.

Easy to use but notifications are terrible. In this line of work, we need something with a little more sense of urgency. In the beginning, the tone would work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works permanently and it leads to missed calls. Please update notification settings! User setting are at a minimum as well. I cannot control them.

Whether there are jobs available or not has nothing to do with the app. Some days there's a lot of work and some days there's hardly any. Week to week it usually evens out, as long as you put in the hours. The app could be better, but it has also come a long way. I don't like that the new versions no longer show ETA/ATA in job history. UPDATE: new version sucks, doesn't work. Also, they got rid of US-based dispatch so now that sucks too. Not because they're foreign; because they're untrained.

I've been with the GHRN for about a month. Pros: 1. Easy to accept jobs, 2. Locations are 90%accurate (usually cx error) uses Google Maps so that helps!, 3. Tool program was awsome! -. Cons: 1. a how on how to change the ETA would have been nice. 2. Dispatch notes: if they are going to approve the GOA, PUT IT IN THE NOTES AND UPDATE THE PO/APP! accuracy is a REQUIERMENT. 3. unexpected/unexplained deposits vs "payday". Recieved daily pay outs from completed POs instead of a schedualed deposit.
