I'm new to the Aluna device and service. The service and device are necessary and useful; the app is very buggy and unreliable. Left alone for more than 1-2 seconds without input, the app signals an "Internet not available" error. The only option is to hard close the app and start over. Synthesized voice sample is cut off. Rocket ship animation OK for kids but a bar is better for adults. Maybe the iOS app works better? I'm not changing phones over this, though. I'll quit the Aluna service first.

This is great for keeping track of my day to day lung function. It has been kind of an eye opener for me. I had a technical issue and had a video session with Barbara where she's explained some things, including that a new release fixed my problem. She also showed me how keep notes on the app and contact her differently if I have issues in the future. Thank you Barbara!

It's an okay device. At times it does not register the breathing but when met with my tech once a month they see it. I gave up writing in the chat for assistance they call days or a week later. The other problem is if you are having a breathing problem the device tells you to blow harder cause it couldn't read it. How are you supposed to do that

App crashing. "Aluna closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after developer provides a fix for this error. " Checked for update 1/21/23 uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for phone update, power phone off and back on. Still the app is crashing. Please fix! Cannot open at all.

It's a handy item, the app works well; However the unit has a mind of it's own when around other electronics for when it works which is Bluetooth connection issues.

Really bad at taking measurements -- won't read an fev1 value despite ship moving upwards with each attempt. Also app sometimes doesn't want to open

Barbra was a great help today with getting the app settings corrected so we could update medications in the profile. Very professional and really nice to talk to. Thank you

I used Aluna for awhile. I loved the way it helped me manage my asthma. I also love the phone calls from the nurses that helped me not only improve but also let me know that someone cared.
