Update: increased rating to 5 stars after they added real time bus tracking. Works decently well. Things it could do better (from previous app which was discontinued) 1- a map showing the buses location via GPS 2- being able to save buses based on direction/end point for stops which have multiple of the same bus 3- being able to save main stops to access the stop data when not physically near them 4- making it clearer if the time is based on scheduled time or actual GPS tracking time.

Best ottawa transit app but if u could make an option to remove ads as a one time purchase for like $5 or $8 idk whatever, I would give 5 star cause the ads annoy me. Pls take my money for this feature.

Tons of ads, and they all pop up at the worst time possible, for example, when you are trying to find the station when trying to catch the bus. Bus randomly disappears from the arrivial timer and reappears like 1 min before arriving. Unable to save locations for quick access. Sometimes unable to go to map view after checking the bus info. Plus a lot more problems.

This app is garbage. The walk times are inaccurate. It keeps directing me to a bus stop that's a 25 min walk (not 7 as it suggests) to catch a route. When I have a bus route that will go the same way a 2min walk. The routes are also not updated and have stops listed that the names have changed and stops that the bus doesn't stop at. Its very frustrating to use and very inaccurate. 100% a useless app.

It doesn't keep updated with the changes in transit availability due to covid. For example, it advises me to take the otrain in the evening when it presently stops running at 7:00 pm. If the information in the app is incomplete it will have significant negative impacts on its users. I would advise the creators to keep the databases of information updated as changes occur both with OC Transpo and/or STO.

Great options, quite complete. Could use a easy interfaced route map (complete city map with bus routes using color coded street tracing paths), as well as an integraded bus plan status/presto balance checking interface. Another suggestion is a real-time travel planner interface where the user can input a destination and the system calculates the most efficient bus route available based on their location.

Standing at a bus station and the app says there are no nearby stops. Search my stop it isn't on the list for the bus I take everyday. Trip planner tells me there are also no routes nearby. All this is clearly wrong and the app doesn't work for some of the main routes in Ottawa so I am unsure why this app exists. Just use Google don't waste your time.

Works great and shows if there's a delay
